What cryptocurrencies does it make sense / profitable to mine on a mid-range pc?

Hello everyone.  Recently I thought about the possibility of mining on a personal pc.  What cryptocurrencies does it make sense / profitable to mine on a mid-range pc?  Will it kill the computer?

Possibly an overused and stupid question, but anyway.  What are the pros and cons of Bitcoin?  To the pluses, I would classify the prevalence and universality.  What else?  It is interesting to hear your opinion.

Recently, I have seen many start-up projects on the topic of introducing cryptocurrency into the Irl.  What are the prospects for this?  How many years will it take until every 2 people use cryptocurrency in their daily lives?

I am completely new to this business, but have already used some exchanges.  Many of them turned out to be dishonest.  Where do you store your bitcoins?

Recently, the price of bitcoin has dropped by almost 1/3.  The beginning of May is 58 thousand, now it is already 38 thousand. The chart is steadily falling down.  Will Bitcoin die in the summer?
