yeah. The newbie won the auction i hope it is not an alt account of OP and just bidding to increment the bid price. Just saying because i saw many threads

The private key is very important becouse the buyer maybe wants to sell the account later and sign a messege with that address.
Bctaccountpricer is also necessary to see the activity of the account and the gaps.. u can share the link and nobody will know the account name...
The signed message can include a date of sale, and then you just need to update the staked address to one you control. I have possible incoming payments to the address and i wont share the private key. The estimate price you got from the pricer is usually higher so which means you need to price it lower not higher.
