Hello everyone. Just looking for some help. I installed the new version of Devcoin 1.0.16 (ok, not so new but the only current one). I had a "wallet.dat" from the older 2014 version. How do I use this "wallet.dat" with this new app? Is that even possible?

After opening the app, it finished synchronizing with the network but shows nothing in history, all blank. Just wanted to know if I can see some of my old transactions.

Thanks!

Hello Community!

Can somebody help me? I posted this on devcointalk.org but the forum rarely moves nowadays.

I just changed my coin address on my Devtome user page; when/ how will it become effective? This is because I installed the Devcoin wallet on a new comp and consequently generated a new address. I understand it doesn't happen automatically because the last time I tried, coins were being sent to the old address, on a comp I won't be using any more. The admin who signed me up was known as DINKLEBERG (and Penguinwriter for my user page) and I don't know if they're still available here on anywhere else. I'll be grateful to know who I can contact about it. Thanks in advance.

You realize that you can bring over your old wallet.dat file from your old computer to the new one and continue using the same address, correct?

No Nova, I didn't know that, thanks a lot. I'll try.

This is a naked account that exposes how a young African man living in a remote township in Africa earned Devcoins, and how he spent it on family needs. This will make you see things in a slightly different way from how you are used to, especially if you are from the First World.

Best Way to Cash out Bitcoins?

Hi there. What, in your opinion, is the safest way of trading your Bitcoins into USD? I know about Coinbase but I am a non-US citizen. I have heard about localbitcoins.com, but saw some members posting warnings about possible PayPal transaction reversing by dishonest traders.
I'd also like to ask if anyone has any experience-yet-with CRYPTSY's USD markets and if they are worth consideration.
Thanks!

I submitted my articles end of February- a total of more than 20,000 words; everything seemed to be fine. But after failing to appear in round 33, an admin told me I'd been forwarded to round 34, which has recently come to a close. I still have zero shares even after 2 admins telling me that my articles seem okay.
So, two rounds and still nothing... I am wondering if this is the time to forget everything and move on... Huh

They are nice, though I would remove the circles and make it more interesting
