need advise, if any exist
I am trading btc few years - but it seems I havent learnt anything. My plan was to use bitcoin volatility to earn some extra btc, but it seems I am not able to do this.
I am selling/buying always in wrong time. Using volume as only indicator, as others do not make sense for me.
For example I see a series of red candles with increased selling volume, price crossing support line (like today crossing 7040, 7000, 6900 USD) so I sold 0.8btc in expectation price fall to 6500 usd as few days ago.
But 1.5 hour later price changed and went up and my prediction was again wrong. And the same is during increase of price. If the price hits e.g. 10300 usd and starts falling I do not sell, because I am not sure when it will turn again. And then I usually miss fall in price from 10300 to 7300 which is finally 3000 usd, what you can earn on 1 sold btc at correct time.
Am I doing something completly wrong? Or it is not possible to predict the movement of btc?

Hello mate!
The majority of traders loose because of poor risk management. If you cannot manage risks you cannot earn in long-term, that's it. My personal recommendation is either to learn risk management. or use the software that will do risk management for you. Personally I use Bitinsure service to monitor all the risks and stats at several accounts.

The higher the leverage the higher the risk that is why it is better that you are well versed in trading when you enter leverage or margin trading. Margin is good because it can give you big profits if you trade correctly but if you failed and made a mistake then you could lose everything. You have to really keep an eye on the market to make sure your win and if you think the trend may go down then exit to avoid major losses
There is a theory on the ratio of the position size or leverage to profitability. It is not linear. The thing is to find optimal leverage/postion size.
You may have the same profits having x5 and x100 leverages, but in terms of risks these things are really different, obviously.
What is this theory?

BTC currently is in range, took 20x leverage. Btw, acting with leverage I consider 20x to be maximum.
The fact to acknowledge:
The bigger leverage does not always mean bigger profits.
P.S. The amount of capital (including leverage) which should be invested in each trade to bring maximum profits was studied by Ralph Vince theory (Optimal F theory). Recommended to get known with!

well, producing 12 bitcoin per month is a very extraordinary thing. when you can produce it normally every month, I don't think it's a problem to get out of your job. well, many people quit their jobs to make more money.12btc per month is not easy if you are not a skilled trader and if you dont have a verry large amount of capital .
this is why its better if we dont permanenty quit our job because job is the only thing that can provide us a stable income .
you cant also make more money if you already quit your job . if you want to make more money , you will need to do multi tasking (ex. Working on your job at day time and do trade at night time )

The answer was that trading is a job as well and to get the results you need to dedicate enough time.

Yeap. I always tell that if you treat trading seriously, it gives more results. When I was quitting job I was aware of all the risks it brings. However, there were more benefits dur to experience. The more time you dedicate to trading, the more you study and analyse, the better youк balance becomes. As soon as I became a full-time trader, I dedicate much more time to it. Saw the results during the first week. What I sugest is to continue learning curve and pay a special attention to money and risk management.

I wonder why this project token is so undervaluated, is traded at only at 1/4 of a cent with only 75 millions in circulation. Maybe is something I'm missing in here, so if anyone can enlight me will be much appreciated since I want to invest some money in this project, because this is a good entry point from my point of view.
Another sad thing is that I see only the bounty hunters active in here, very sad... since the project idea of automated trading is a good one.

I bought some hqt during ico and now bought some more, waiting the product to be done and the price is higher and higher. Definitely it is undervaluated... but we'll see
