I don't think people in this thread need to teach OP how bribing is bad and plain wrong. He is capable enough to understand the consequences of bribing.
Other than that, Bitcoin has made bribing more easier since it allows anonymous payment and there are hundreds of ways to make your coins disappear after the transaction is complete.
Everything has a good and a bad side and this is just another way Bitcoins can be misused.

There's no such things like where's dice site has greater win chance than other dice sites. All of dice sites have same win chance (they should have provably fair in their site).You're probably wrong. One dice site might have a lower house edge than another and hence there is statistically more chance to win a dice site with a low house edge than on a dice site with a high house edge.

You can download multibit for example on your device. You can import the private key to the multibit wallet and send Bitcoins from the multibit wallet.
I'm using multibit as an example here. There are many others including but not limited to mycelium,electrum etc.

I'm a little confused here. You said the second "scammer" paid you the money for the Bitcoins and never received his Bitcoins. If you're taking his money and not sending him the Bitcoins, does that not make you a scammer instead?

Or, He has an access to a million bitcoins. Imagine a million bitcoins coming back to circulation. Demand will be the same and supply will increase. But Bitcoin runs on speculation, or so they say. People might not think Bitcoin is a safe investment and might dump all their coins to keep their investment "safe" which in turns drops the price significantly and makes the market unstable.

But satoshi refuse that he is the founder of Bitcoin in many interviews. I think founder might be from Australian region and as said he is hidden due to Bitcoin seems to be decentralized. Once it become centralized he will reveal that in public automatically.

Well... maybe they're not THAT safe (if we get clues
)... So at around 1509 hrs UTC on 28th September (around 0409 hrs on the 29th local)... my script spat out another possible hit... I was working a night shift and so I didn't actually get around to checking it until around 8 hours later.
Amongst the 3 new possible hits that had been generated, one started with "1qk...."... could this be it?? I quickly checked on blockchain.info... "Final Balance: 0.5001 BTC"... WOOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!
So I quickly imported the private key into my wallet and transferred my newfound loot into my own personal address. 
The private key turned out to be: 5JKPapJwgyEij3sxYRAEnixyiFgxqkVhgZXv9bWWknBexegx6tM
I sent a note to the puzzle creator to let them know... and I have created a PasteBin with my source code in case anyone wants to see my pretty ugly and untidy python code

If it's desperate, then I would consider asking my friends and family first. If that doesn't work out(which I'm sure will) then I'd try to take a loan with a collateral. And If that doesn't work out too, then I'd consider selling the collateral for a low price. If I were in desperate need for money..
