i´ve a lot of trouble, with the DevFee Server. Isn´t there a, let´s say "KeepAlive" option for the DevFee Server. I´m loosing my connection to the DevFee Server,
frequently, exactly after 10 minutes, except the time between two founded DevFee Shares is less then 10 minutes. As much as i know, german providers handle this different. Some providers disconnect the session, after 60sec without traffic, others after 10 minutes. If i understand right. DevFee is mined every hour for 36sec. So, there is no traffic for about 60 minutes. And of course the provider disconnect this connection.
I´m loosing a lot of power, because of these ongoing re-connections. The only solution right now is, to use the -nofee 1 option, i really don´t like.

This miner is free-to-use, however, current developer fee is 1% if you use secure SSL/TLS connection to mining pool, every hour the miner mines for 36 seconds for developer.
If you use unsecure connection to mining pool, current developer fee is 1.5%, every hour the miner mines for 54 seconds for developer.

Is there anything i can do, from my end, to get rid of these disconnections?

Hello, I´m using claymore together with Nicehashminer Legacy. The nsgpucnminer.exe is running 100% stable, without any rejected or stale Shares. But any round of DevFee Mining is cousing a disconnection and a reconnection, after 20 sec. After that, it is working fine again, unti the next DevFee appears.

DevFee:  Connection lost, retry in 20 sec...

How can i get ridd of these disconnections?

Hi together. I have to tell a Semilar Story. I'm Trading at bittrex Since a year a so and everything was  fine. Now i have lost my 2-fact app on my iphone, becuse i thougt, everything was Backupped by itunes. But It wasn't. I never wrote down the keys,  because i didn't know for what. My fault, Sure. I have opened a Ticket 10 days ago and explained Them my issue. I soon got an Automated answer, to send some Information to Them. I did so, Minutes Later. Since that, nothing happens. I'm loosing money, because i can't login anymore.
I wrote several Times, but without success. Did somebody has an Idea, whom i could contact for Help?

Du sagtest, es gibt keine Wallet.dat bei Electrum. Wenn ich aber auf Wallet sichern gehe, speichert er genau diese Datei. Ich muss das morgen nochmal überprüfen:-)
Vielleicht schmeiße ich da auch was durcheinander.

Hallo zusammen,
Erst mal muss ich gestehen, habe ich das Pferd wohl mal wieder von hinten aufgezäumt. Mit dem hyperaktiv und den steigenden Kursen, bin ich noch rechtzeitig an Mining Hardware für 2 Rings a 6 GPUs gekommen. Nun mine ich seit März über Nicehash. Ich bin leider kein native englisch speaker und deshalb verstehe ich einiges, was derzeit passiert nicht so recht. BIP148 kommt zum 1.8. Und ehrlich gesagt verstehe ich nicht so ganz, was das jetzt für mich bedeutet. Als miner und auch als BTC Halter. Ich habe mich Anfangs bei Bittrex angemeldet und habe dort, mit den BTC einige Altcoin erworben. BTC habe ich dort nicht viele. Aber ETH,Dash und noch ein paar andere. Zu Hause nutze ich die Electrum Wallet. Da habe ich auch einen Teil. Minen tue ich über Nicehash, dort liegt auch einiges. Kann mir jemand erklären, in verständlichen Worten, ob und wenn ja, was ich tun muss, um meine Coims nicht zu verlieren, im schlechtesten Fall?

1. Soll ich alle BTC auf die Electrum Wallet überweisen? Dann die Wallet.dat sichern und das wars?
2. Was muss ich in Electrum tun um sicher zu sein. Woher soll ich wissen, ob der Electrum Server BIP148 macht, oder nicht?
3. Soll ich die anderen Coins  auf Bittrex lassen?
Die ganze Sache verunsichert mich extrem, weil ich es nicht verstehe. Und so lange ist das ja nicht mehr bis dahin.

Ich wäre euch echt dankbar, für eine einigermaßen untechnische Erklärungen. Also ein wenig verstehe ich natürlich schon. Aber bei weitem nicht genug, um zu kappieren, wie ich mich absichere. Diese ganze soft/hard Fork Geschichte. Gesplittete Blockchain, UASF, BIP148, BIP8, SegWitx2. etc. Ich kann alle Leute durchaus verstehen, wenn sie da noch einen großen Bogen drum machen:-(

OOK.. I got it.. What a nightmare. Just to let you know. From Version 13.12 on AMD has changed some entrys in their driver, related to the registry.
The result of this change is in some Asrock H81 BTC Pro R2.0 and Asrock H81 BTC Pro, it is not possible run more then 4, or 5 GPUs.
There is a verry good, working fix available.

Hi together,

i tried both. With both Molex connected and without. Result was the same. I bought a new H81 Board.. There must be something
wrong with the other. And i can´t find anything regarding to this issue in the net.
Thats so sick. I have installed them one by one. OS is identifiing each card. Then plugg in the 5. and the error message appaers. Driver could not installed. Then i unplugg one of the 4 others and reboot, and the os is finding the card and can install the driver. When i then re-plugg in the other one again, that worked before, i got the same error for this card. Driver installation failed. I can do that with any of the 5 cards. All are working fine. As long they are only 4.

I´ll see, when the new board has arrived.

Yes, sure, you are right. H81 BTC Pro 2.0. And in the documentation was a comment, when using more then 3 Video Cards, you have to plugg in at min, one Molex Power connector, but better both. So i thought, i have to.
Please believe me. I´m doing nothing else, then reading. I´m sick at home and i´ve a lot of time.But i also have a lot of qustions..
But you gave me hope, that there is a solution for my issue:-)

I don´t really understand what is going on right know, but OK..

1. I did.. Saved my old bios, modified it as dicriped. Restore it to BIOS. And the card wan´t identified from system anymore. Then i restored the old Bios and all is ok.
2. Why do you think i have done that?
3.That is exactly what i wanne to do.
4. I´ve seen tons of tutorials, how to modify th rx 470. But most of them, all show just to modify 1750 1900 2000 row. And that is the onlny thing i have done, with polaris.

But doesn´t matter. The speed is enough for me and i got the power usage down..Thats OK..

Hmmm, now i´m a little bit in panik, to ask my question:-(
I´ve gotten my 5th RX470 today. I have 2 X 750CM+80 Corsair. OS can´t install the driver for the 5. card. doesn´t matter wich one it is.
Is there might be a limitation in Window 7 proff.? All Cards are working fine, as long as they are not the  last one, installed.

I´m sorry if this is a school question again. It is not my opinion to get any special attention. I´ve read most of this thread and there are a lot of qustions regarding the rx470..I´m sorry for my last post. That was not, to get anybody in stress to help me, really..

Is nobody willing to help me with my AMD Radeon RX470 Nitro 4GB OC.. I triied everything..Flashing, Wattman, Sapphire Trixx..
Doesn´t matteer what i do, it is always getting worster, then better. I getting 640 Hash per card and one of these cards seems to be anpthe model. Looking a little bit different. Power Supply is on the Top, not on the back and she has other RAM, not Samsung ans is 1236 - 1750 takted. And she is slower. only 580 Hash. Is there something i can do?

I did the modification on the BIOS. It worked, after i changed to another card. It looks like. the switch for the bios is dameged, from the first card.
After i changed to another card, it worked. I saved my old bios and modded it as shown in many tutorials. Flashing is fine. But after the restart, the flashed card is shown in Sapphire Trixx and in GPU-Z but it doesn´t work anymore. Frequency min and max are set to Zero. When i go back to the old BIOS, everything is working fine. I´ve done this several times now, but always with the same result. I tried a lot, but what i could found out. Doesn´t matter what i do, the standard settings are working the best, without issues. As far as i begin to modify settings, hashrate is going down and card is causing crashes.
Perhaps i´m to dumb for this mining stuff:-(
I leaf it as it is now. I have 92 Mh/s with my 4 cards. Perhaps this only works for 8GB cards, i don´t know..:-(

What i´ve understand now. Litecoinmining seems to be not possible, with gpu. What really suxx, are the tons of tutorials, showing how to mine litecoins with gpu:-(

That sounds wonderful.. But how can i get it to work. I´m using genoil with this command:

ethminer -G -S etc.pool.minergate.com:45777 -O xxxxxxxxx@gmx.de
This works, with some bad shares, but it woks.

Then, when i try to use it with claymore with:
NsGpuCNMiner -o etc.pool.minergate.com:45777 -u xxxxxxxxx@gmx.de -p x

NsGpuCNMiner.exe is causing an error and close. When i put an ssl:// before the pooladdress, it seems to work, until it try to connect to the server,
ther red error messages appers. OK, it seems like there is no ssl:// for etc.pool.minergate..

So, i think what i need is an stratum+tcp from minergate for ETC, is that right. Or is there a chance, to get claymore working without stratum and or tcp, with just the etc.pool.minergate.com:45777 in it?

I´ve read the readme.txt a lot of times, and tried a lot, but it doesn´t work:-(

Hi, i´m using ethminer-0.9.41-genoil-1.1, to mine ETC on minergate. Now i´ve seen, it is producing a lot of bad shares. And as much as i know, is this causing in decreasuíng my income:-( When i mine with Claymore there are always 0 bad shares, doesn´t matter wich crypto currency i choose to mine. Max one error per 10K good shares. With genoil i have 3000 good shares and 100 bad shares. Can i modify something? Should i try another version?

Ahhh: I have 4 X AMD RAdeon RX 470 Nitro+ 4GB. Tomorrow 5:-)

First, many thanks. But this all doesn´t work with my cards. I have 4 x RX 470 Nitro+. Only 3 of them are showing in the flush tool. It looks like, the 4.th one, is another model. This card has totally different values, compared to the other 3. And it is slower, then the others. OK. The othe 3 Cards all have Samsung memory. What i´ve done. Reboot PC. Start ATIFlush with Adminrights. Choosen the card i wanted to programm. Push the button to search the rom file. Then hit the programm button. Then it began to program and in the half it stpped and showed the error message.
"Unable to delete ROM". What can i do else?

And one more question. Is there no working programm, to mine litecoin with windows. Doesn´t matter wich pool i choose. They all have great instructions how to enter their strings into the bat files, but when i execute them, it always shows --srypt unrecognized option
Is there anywhere a working tutorial how to configure the minig software. The only i got to work is.....tatttaaaa Claymore's CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.7. But only when mining over minergate. I tried out sgminer. Downloaded the programm and the source code. Same error message.--srypt unrecognized option. How do i have to configure the tool. I can start sgminer.exe without errors. It askes for an url then. But as far as i start the bat fill, with the --scryt in it. finish....

First of all, thanks for your help.
it is up and running now:-))).. After a really hard weak of troubleshooting, the new minig rig i working now, with 4 X RX470 Nitro+ 4GB..
What the hell.. Arizer damaged. 2 of 4 GPUs damaged, PSU trouble.. And many many more..
Now, i´m wondering how i can optimize the Hashrate.. But step by step. First thing. My Rig is lagging really hard, when mining over GPU Miner v9.7.
Is that normal, or is this something i can fix, with better settings? Sometimes, after hours, the rig just shut down.
Is there something i can do. I tried out tons of crimson drivers. Most of them doesn´t work for Win7 64 bit and don´t identify my cards. I only got V16.11.1 and 16.11.4 to work. When i run claymore now, with the following command i get 2450 h/s. This are about 610 h/s per card. Is that good, or bad. There are so many comments, with different hasrates.

NsGpuCNMiner -o stratum+tcp://xmr.pool.minergate.com:45560 -u paapolinho@gmx.de -p x -a 3 (i tried A 4 and A 3 also, without changes)

I also tried to flash the rom, but it doesn´t work. ROM can´t be deletes, was the error. Is there a trick, when i have to push the button on the card.
How can i check, if the card is in the right mode to write the rom? When i push the button, the light is changing the coulor frequently. Is this the right mode?Do i have to reboot, after pushing the button. I´ve found someone who has modified the rom, for rx470 cards, so that i can be sure, it works.
Can somebody tell me, what i´m doing wrong?

And hopefully sombody can help me to optimize my cards.

my rig is working now. With much help from this forum.. Right now, it is only one RX 470 Nitro, but will be more soon. I did some successful mining on minergate already, with Claymore. That worked fine. But i really want to mine Litecoin. Witch Software do i have to use on Windows 7. I tried out CGMiner 3.7.2. I thought it is looking good. But when i checked my account on litecoinpool, there is always 0 KH/s and 100% invalid shares.

These are my settings. Can somebody help me, to bring me on track to mine litecoins. I really don´t know how to setup this for my RX 470.
