Hey there, CoinMirror offers exactly this. A dApp (decentralized application based on smart contracts running on Ethereum) that allows users to create or join pools to invest in ICOs and mostly pre-sale deals.

The sweet thing is, that the platform makes the entire process very easy: Pooling funds, Buying into an ICO, Distribute the tokens to every investor, Selling the tokens on an exchange, Returning ETH and profits to every investor.

All you need is a MetaMask account. You can create private (you can share the link to your investor group) or public (will be shown on the website) pools.

You are totally right, there are so many low-quality projects or flat-out scams out there. This is one of the reasons wer are doing this, to offer people access to high-quality, vetted opportunities.

Very good point, that's why we vet every public Syndicate Leads. In order to be approved, they have to provide a track record in the context of ICO investments. I wanna mention, that we don't want to be too restrictive in order to provide an open platform for everyone, but we are definitely making sure not to allow any scammers to lead Syndicates.

Wir sind wenn man das so will eine Art dezentraler Broker. Wir wollen die Funds selbst nicht anfassen, das soll alles automatisiert über Smart Contracts erfolgen. Unsere Plattform soll so dezentral wie möglich agieren, ohne großartige Einschränkungen vorzugeben, wie bspw. in welche ICO die Syndicate Leads investieren können. Was wir natürlich nicht wollen, sind Scam Projekte. Dazu arbeiten wir bereits an Lösungen, bspw. mit MetaCert oder anderen um möglicherweise eine Scam-Warnung zu geben. Mittelfristig planen wir auch mit Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten, die a) ICO Reviews bzw. Ratings anbieten, sodass wir diese integrieren können (nicht ICObench und Co.) oder b) Blockchain Analytics durchführen, um die jeweilige Investitionshistorie von Syndicate Leads zu validieren.

Letztlich ist jeder Syndicate seines eigenen Glückes Schmied. Er hat ja ein Eigeninteresse, in qualitative und profitable ICOs zu investieren, für seinen Track Record und um Backer für seinen Pool zu gewinnen.
