I can't confirm your opinion - 1 day after I sent him 50% of payment, he stopped to reply. Earlier he said that task from me was done in 12 hours, but he didn't show me result. It has been 4 days when he stopped responding.

"strong capital body as a guarantee"? What for? Web wallet is simple app to send and receive IFC without downloading 5GB data. Web wallet isn't place to store coins for long time, but you "all-knowing" crypto user should know that.

Syncing from block 5529012  to 5562646 take a lof of time - syncing is very slow.

I think the best way to keep IFC alive and give it some value is to make swap to better algorithm, develop new rewards and get some exchanges.
