I am trying to create either a 100% POS / hybrid POW or IPO coin with a variable interest rate. I'm not sure if it needs to be from scratch, but there are several functions I need which I have not seen in other coins.
One important function is:
-A way to pay dividends from a master-wallet

I believe I have a revolutionary idea for the next cryptocurrency that will solve the problem of adoption in a clever way. I would like to start a long-term project with other serious & trustworthy community members, local would be nice (California). Regardless where you're from, I'd love to work with other people who are willing to share ideas and make this project a success.
My expertise is in financial markets / marketing and not in programming

I'm not sure what kind of pay is reasonable for this, so I will offer this Dutch Auction style. Meaning, the job goes to the person with the lowest bid and best credentials. Obviously, you will need to provide proof that you have the technical skills for this job.
