You don't understand how the ICO works.  1 BTC does not equal 1 VOIP.  1 BTC = 1 full share
of VOIP.  At the closing of the ICO, the total BTC raised is divided by the total amount of coins
to get the price per coin.

What is not working ?

It says that email needs to be verified before withdrawing coins, but no email verification was ever
sent and there is no way to edit the email associated with the account.

I have contacted support through the back office with no response.
