All old bounty participations will be rewarded on the token generation event. We have now a new affiliate/referral program. One of the first ICOs rewarding their referrals in ETH and not only company tokens! Check it out: https://mavin.network/affiliate/
Can you explain me the new exchange rate please? If I invested for example 10 eth in the pre ico last year with 40% bonus, what should be the current balance of mavin tokens in the app? 420000 mvn (old exchange rate) or 1400 mvn (new exchange rate)? If only 1400 what is my advantage as an old supporter over the new ico investors? Also the ico price would be about 9 (!) dollars per token isnt that a bit high?
Your participation in the pre-ICO has been converted to reflect the new exchange rate including your bonuses! It is important to understand that in fiat terms you keep the exact same amount as you had before.
1 ETH was 30'000 MVN tokens (without bonus) at pre-ICO. This was changed to 1 ETH = 100 MVN tokens, so 1 MVN is now worth much more compared to the pre-ICO rates. But as said, the net amount in fiat was kept.
Mavin is back, please check it out and participate in one of the worlds first affiliate/referral programs rewarding you not only with company tokens but also ETH!
Following to the failure of Pre-ICO, team owners and members conducted a meeting 1-2 days ago and have decided to postpone their ICO. Project owner yesterday confirmed me that they won't be able to carry out with advertisement expense and have decided to end the bounty program as well.
Project owner will be posting a final confirmation here by today-tomorrow.
Please note that thread will remain unlocked for addressing any queries related this bounty program and about the recent announcement.
What can we do to return the price like last july?
The same question over and over again requires the same answer: By making this coin practical. - Decentralized exchange of uro/USD <> Bytes/Blackbytes directly from the Byteballwallet - Rebranding (Byteball, Bytes, Blackbytes... no no no) - Possibility to pay for goods and services directly with the Byteball Coin variants on a decentralized marketplace such as "Open Bazaar".

Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments
Price drop looks much worse than it really is. Value should be accounted for in USD. Also not to mention the inflation rate which results in holders having more coins but each coin is worth less naturally.
Total market cap is the accurate depiction as to price movements for GBYTE.

About 50% off from ATH
Sorry man but I totally disagree. We are in the crypto world here and what I care about is the price in terms of BTC. USD has no value to me. I do not need to see the glass half full in the way you see it. Many coins looks good in terms of USD value, even the shittiest ones, but since I'm in crypto I've only cared about BTC prices. Or maybe I am very biased.
Totally agree! What matters is the value in BTC and nothing else!
What counts is the value of goods I can buy for a currency. So how much rice, tomatoes or apples do I get for my Bytes? Everything else is irrelevant.

Finally, put pressure on your guru to create a roadmap showing that this coin is better to use than other coins (initial steps I have mentioned here more often). If so, the course will explode (and I could finally convert my BTC to Bytes/Blackbytes).

Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments
So, are you going to sell me your bytes. Seems like you don't want them.
Why should I do that? There is a good chance that something will come of it. However, I will not change a single uro to Bytes. As much as I'd like to.
So you're only complaining because your free Bytes went down in value?
No, I'm complaining that the community is so uncritical. I complain that the necessary steps will not be taken to really use this coin. I complain about the fact that there is no roadmap out of which one can see in which direction this project should go, and therefore I may be wasting my time waiting in vain for this currency to finally be usable.
In fact, in my opinion there is nothing better than Byteball. That's why my fundamental and constructive criticism is based on this, and I would like to point out what is necessary to bring this project forward.
I would also like to see what the competition has partly understood here. Unfortunately, there is no approach where this can be seen.

Who would invest in this coin except players? Serious investors?
Without a roadmap, no investor knows where the journey is going (and the developers themselves probably don't know either).
The community also sees this coin as nothing more than a non-performing income. It is completely irrelevant that this currency should have any utility value.

Why should I do that? There is a good chance that something will come of it. However, I will not change a single uro to Bytes. As much as I'd like to. As long as the developer fails to make this coin applicable, I will not do that. And I'm certainly not the only one who thinks so.
The "merchant cashback program" is not only laughable, it is in particular an invitation to cheat.
But your statement also shows the general lack of criticism of this community. For me the main reason why the success of this coin is a long time coming.
Meanwhile, the competition continues to grow unstoppably....

Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments
We should get Changelly to integrate Byteball. I'm building a really ambitious game that only accepts Byteball, so naturally buying bytes should be made really simple somehow.
It should rather be developed an app that allows the direct exchange of uro, USD... in Bytes and Blackbytes. How to do this is only a matter of looking at BISQ.
