Yeah I agree with you. He could have made a lot more money by joining a signature campaign instead of trying to scam someone.

Scammers don't use honest methods to make money and because joining a signature campaign is honest and needs work they won't do it.

I lost hope for this a long time ago. But I realised I can sell it to a cracker! I forgot the password but I know what's it's made of.

7 characters.

Letter 1: Uppercase
Letter 2-7: Lowercase

All I know is that the 6&7th letter is ne

Anyway, that's basically 5 more characters for you to brute force, with a good rig that should take minutes.

Here's how I'd like this to go, for our safety.

You send escrow the BTC
Escrow confirms that he has received it
I send you the wallet.dat
You attempt to crack it
If you can't escrow will refund you
If you crack it escrow will pay me the money.
