Такой себе новый хайп в крипте, волокита с шитками, каждый хочет попробовать свои силы в этом, но тут я согласен с тем что только инсайдеры имеют какие то шансы, все остальные просто поиграются, сольют и забудут. На счёт создателей мне кажется оно тоже не всегда может сработать, вседь в мему нужно побудить большой интерес со с ороны общества, а для этого требуется опытный маркетолог, что подразумевает немалые затраты. It seems to be coming down to how you define "identifier".
Technically everything in the blockchain has a unique identifier because transactions are unique (hash collision is not possible specially after BIP-34) and the block containing those transactions and even the order of transactions in that block are unique.

So the 50 BTC reward of a block in your example is the reward inside a transaction with a unique hash with unique UTXO(s) that is also included in a block with a unique hash which is part of the chain at a certain height.
All of these "identifiers" make those coins unique.

I believe there should be limits to what minors should be allowed to do. When an adult becomes sexually attracted to a minor, the society frowns at it because it is believed that the minor does not have the mental capacity to give consent. Gender transition is something an individual needs to think through before proceeding with it. Children undergo different growth processes and at each stage, their taste, personality and how they see life might be affected. At that point, any wrong decision made may live with them for a lifetime.

I can recall how as a child I wished to be so many things which I ended up not being. Right now as an adult, I wouldn't consider being any of those things I wished to be as a child. If I am in the position to make and implement this law, I will criminalize gender transition surgery on all minors with or without the consent of their parents. They should be adults first and then we can be sure they actually consented to it themselves.
