Верно, но все равно нелегко будет им сейчас. Особенно учитывся, что гугл и фейсбук запретили рекламу ИЦО.

А как будет определяться опыт? По каким критериям?

Софт - $ 1 млн, хард - $ 10 млн. Все не проданные токены на ICO остаются в руках команды и будут продаваться уже после ICO любым желающим по текущей рыночной цене.
