I think it is very difficult to achieve this hardcap if the markets remains same. You raised $2M during pre-sale which is good but can you update about the ongoing token sale. How much has been collected now?
Last information is that soft cap was reached which is great and team will update the results of the remaining sales later.

I have been checking the team a bit and the background.I was really surprised by how much years of valid experience each member has and all of it comes from legit successful companies with good track record.Weird I did not check that fact earlier.I missed to invest a bit more because of this fact...

Maybe theoretically 1 AGT will be enough,but that wont make any sense,to stake such a low amunt as you would barely get any profit from that.

Since they are big investors do they get shares of the company,or FABA tokens only?
Well it is not that big investment if you ask me, it is just decent, so guess no shares.
Every Faba investor has both shares and Faba tokens.
This is what enables us to deliver dividends to our investors.
People are still in same mindset as if we were talking about utility tokens.They forget that this is security token and that it works like stocks do so everyone actually gets the shares and dividends according to their investment.
Exactly, STO is something much needed in crypto space and security tokens are going to surely take over simply because they offer much safer conditions for investors. Faba is one of the examples of what is going to become standard pretty soon.

STO is security tokens offering. In a security tokens offering, investors buy the tokens that are backed by tangible assets, profits or company revenue.

Thing is, to get listed on big exchange like Biinance it bittrex you need working product. Will Faba have that by Q3?
Well they don't have to get listed on one of those and that does not have to happen in Q3, Q4 is also very good time to be listed, like end of November is a good timing.
Everyone wants to be listed in the big exchanges. With the market the way it is, I believe that it doesn't have the right month to be listed, for example, the end of last November wasn't very good for many projects, it is impossible to predict. It is clear that with a product in operation, the conditions are more favorable but don't guarantee anything.
I hope that FABA will get some decent exchange.I dont think need top exchange right from the beginning as those can cost few million dollar.Its better to get some medium volume one and then work from that.
All listings are welcome, the more listings Faba gets more people can buy Faba and trade Faba so it will be good for liquidity and stability of the price.

faba token is very the best project. the whitepapper from this project is very consitent. the price per token is very high . think this project will success good luck sir 
That might be true,as price is $1 per token,but then again total supply is not huge either and all unsold tokens will be burnt.So no worries that will affect value after end of ICO.
A dollar is a reasonable value for most investors. It is necessary that this price be maintained, lately the ICO's with tokens prices for $ 1 have devalued, causing significant losses for the buyers. If the project delivers what it promises it will be successful.
In my own opinion i think $1 value for token during ico is too much, better to have more supply with reasonable price than highly priced tokens that will end up going below ico price once hit exchange, this is normal trend of most tokens now, go below ico price once on exchange,
I would prefer to invest on tokens way below $1with good team behind it, between not all small supply tokens are doing well.
Dunno,for me price per token was never important,im always looking more into the team,and what they actually want to achieve.And always ask myself question:do this project actually needs blockchain or not?Thats the key question i think.
I agree with you, team is what dictates everything, if team knows how to do their job that is half of the success of the project already.

Is Agate from Australia? Will that be the main market to focus on or not?
Most of the team is from Australia,but according to ICObench they are registered in Singapore,probably because more favourable crypto laws.
That made sense before, but now Australia is also good for crypto. Australia licensed Agate for cypto and fiat exchange after all.

Over 2.6m USD (in fiat) was raised in the private sales. While all other funds are being raised through our STO offering.
How much you raised so far overall?If you can disclose that information of course.

$4 million is huge amount in this current bear market.If market gets abit better,i can even see FABA reaching hard cap.
When does the sale end? It would need to last a bit longer for a chance to reach hard cap in this market, but everything is possible. Crypto moves much faster then everything else.
1st ICO round end on January 31st,while 2nd ICO round ends on June 30th.So plenty of time left.
Quite a long STO, so I see that there are a lot of options and a lot can happen until July. Hard cap will be tough to reach, but it is possible.

Can you please elaborate how to buy crypto currencies with PayPal from your platform? You deal with Peer-to-Peer exchange or we have to buy any intermediate currency first, and then sell that currency for Bitcoin? Please clear my doubts. Thank you!
I don't think that they accept PayPal for buying Agate tokens, they accept only cryptocurrencies.
So far Agate accepts ETH,BTC,EOS,LTC and DASH ,and i think many more will come in the future.
Accepting credit cards also wouldnt be bad,atleast at the beginning to attract new users who still have problems with crypto.I remember i bought my first ICO tokens with credit card.
Well Agate is already licensed and they are negotiating with a credit card company

Was there any new partnerships recently? Last one was GEELUS that I know of.Team should work more on expanding the network of partners in search of merchants that will participate in AGATE network.
Yes last partnership was with geelus, World #1 POS for Dry Cleaning and Clothing industry.Im sure more will come closer we get to mainnet release.
It does not sound so fancy, but they are number 1 in their field so that means something if you ask me.

I joined faba bounty campaign too.I like that KYC is needed, so that way it will be much harder for those farmers to join with multiple accounts.
KYC is wanted and hated at the same time, really tricky situation.Wanted cos of scams and hated cos of anonymity.
In order for blockchain to go into mainstream, KYC will be needed,so is best to just get used to it now.IMO, good call by FABA.
I agree, with you, especially because FABA is security token so it makes sense to have KYC mandatory.

Crypto is always slow around these days,ans agate team deserved some break afterall,they reached soft cap
THere is no break when it comes to business and project that is just starting, you take a break when you are done with most of the job, not before.
