Re: Is Trading also addictive?
by
Septex
on 20/06/2025, 17:13:25 UTC
Trading can become addictive but it is done by a limited number of people. If you ask the purpose of trading, then most people have one purpose, that is, how to make good profits by trading, but if you look at it realistically, you will see that most of those who trade only trade to make profits and the amount of losses is very small. It is seen that even if you make a good profit by trading once, sometimes they can lose a larger amount of money. In my opinion, there are very few people who become addicted to trading. Because on the one hand, if you look at gambling, you will see that either you have made a lot of good money in gambling or you have lost everything in gambling, but if you do trading with a little bit of thought and good analysis, you will either make a partial profit or lose money partially. You may have some part of your capital with you when you go into trading. However, people can learn a lot through trading or analyze their mistakes and do something good later, but in the case of gambling, it is a completely different picture, it depends entirely on luck. People can get addicted to trading if they make a lot of profit from it, and if someone loses their money a few times in the beginning, most people give up and think twice about trading the next time.

Re: Bitcoin in the next decade

I think that whenever the government intervenes in Bitcoin, it means that they are gradually trying to centralize the government's control here, otherwise how did the price of Bitcoin increase so quickly? I think that it may be a long-term process that the government is trying to control. And Bitcoin is a decentralized currency that works on its own system, so if it continues like this in the future, it may have a big impact on Bitcoin. If the purpose for which Bitcoin started its journey continues like this, it will become purposeless. Through this, Bitcoin can disrupt its own independence or its main system. However, we, the common people, will invest in Bitcoin with the main purpose of investing here and thinking about how to profit from it. I don't think they have much thought about it.

Re: Trading blindly

Most people lose money in trading because they do not have proper knowledge about trading. I imagine from myself that when I trade, I trade completely depending on luck because I do not have much experience in trading. Due to not having much experience, I have to leave my trading completely to luck. And by leaving it to luck, you can never make much profit in a trading platform. However, I have not entered the futures trading platform yet. I entered the spot trading platform and traded there for a few days and I made some profit there, after which I made a huge loss which I have not been able to recover till now. However, most people lose money in futures trading platforms due to using high leverage and not having proper trading experience.
Yes, most people do that. Nowadays, most people start trading without having a proper idea about trading, motivated by watching some videos and they think that within a few days they will make a lot of profit and become rich, but the reality is completely different. I have seen many people who have lost money from trading, one of them is my cousin with whom I went on a trip and at that time he traded futures and after a while I noticed that his smile was no longer like that, he was completely upset. Later I asked him, then he said that he had lost about $ 300 while trading futures. Later he prayed a lot so that he would not lose his capital, but in fact, the matter does not depend entirely on prayer. In fact, very few people who trade have the right idea or the right knowledge about this. So since it is a financial matter, we should all have the right idea while trading.

Re: Does Bitcoin need Foot Soldiers to get optimum adoption?
by
Septex
on 18/06/2025, 09:26:51 UTC
From what I’ve observed, when new products (like a juice brand or tech gadget) hit the market, companies typically invest in foot soldiers, influencers, and even choreographers to create buzz and spread awareness far and wide. That kind of coordinated marketing effort is something I haven't really seen with Bitcoin.

I understand that Bitcoin isn’t exactly a "new product," but I still believe it requires more sensitization. Most of the awareness I come across tends to come from fintech platforms promoting messages like “trade your Bitcoin with us,” which feels more like a sales pitch than an education campaign. The deeper message of what Bitcoin represents, its goals, principles, and potential is rarely emphasized. The remaining awareness efforts seem to come from individuals who’ve taken the time to understand it, often sharing through YouTube channels or personal experiences.

In a world where people are cautious about what they recommend to others often to avoid blame or backlash, it raises a question: For broader understanding and acceptance and adoption, should there be a more intentional public awareness campaign?
Has it ever happened that people have ever advertised a lot about expensive diamonds or anything more expensive? I think that all things that are of great value do not need advertising or promotion, people find them themselves. For me, Bitcoin and such a digital currency does not need much promotion, rather people who understand it will definitely find it. There is no doubt that in the future world, Bitcoin will gradually gain acceptance as an electronic money or currency. If you analyze the acceptance or popularity of Bitcoin from the past to the present, you will definitely be surprised that how a currency can achieve so much success does not require rocket science. With a little thought, you will understand what kind of big impact it is going to have on the entire currency in the present and in the future. And Bitcoin is such a currency that it will bring its own success.

Re: Why people mostly fail in trading
by
Septex
on 18/06/2025, 08:14:31 UTC
Trading is not for everyone. Especially those who initially think that by trading here or within a few days, that person will become the owner of a lot of money and will be able to make big profits, but their misconception is broken when they see that instead of making profits, they have lost their money and immediately they become disappointed. I think the most important thing for trading is to get good opinions from those who know this subject well or have already traded practically and have been here for a long time and have also made profits and gradually acquire those qualities on themselves. No matter what we learn about it, if we do not do anything practically about it, we do not really understand how much or how its effect will be in reality. Therefore, to trade, that person must learn about this subject and then trade with small funds and gradually gain experience. However, most of those who come here lose money instead of making profits and they leave disappointed and most people find it a little difficult to be patient here and small losses make them frustrated.  I think the biggest mistake people make when it comes to trading is that they get motivated to trade by watching a video or two without learning or understanding anything.

Re: Is Solana still Worth buying??
by
Septex
on 17/06/2025, 17:40:49 UTC
Solona has a lot of acceptance in the cryptocurrency market and it will bring good things in the future. Currently, the price of solona is around $150 and I think it will definitely cross $200 this year. And of course, anyone who wants to invest in solona can definitely bring good profits for him in the future and of course, solona will pump more in the future and it will bring benefits to those who invest here and the eco-system of this currency is very good, so for those who invest here and do not rush, it will definitely play a role in earning a big profit, so I think if you want, you can invest here, there is still the best opportunity to invest.

Re: Is holding Bitcoin generally good?
by
Septex
on 16/06/2025, 07:56:35 UTC
Please take a moment to get my point before you conclude. I know a lot of people judge a post by the topic alone and if that is applied to mine, I might be sounding anti-bitcoin since selling is highly demonized by a lot of people in this community.

Now the question is, assuming everyone who ever bough bitcoin is holding their bitcoin in their private wallets, what will be the fate of bitcoin and the bitcoin network? Does holding bitcoin strengthen the bitcoin network? If no, are those who sell and more their bitcoin on-chain generally doing bitcoin bad?

I believe in holding bitcoin and I'm actually holding some quantity and still buying. But a greater part of me feels that there should be more to bitcoin that just buying and holding in private wallet to gain some profits. I believe that bitcoin will be much more beautiful if a good number of human populations are using bitcoin for their daily lives and have real testimony that bitcoin actually made their lives better. We cannot achieve that if we only encourage people to buy and hold, can we?

I don't know if I have sounded so pessimistic towards bitcoin. From the depth of my heart, I want bitcoin to gain more utility than it has, the reason I made this post to seek opinion if there are people actually thinking in this direction or the right way of thinking about bitcoin is only HODL.
For those who can hold Bitcoin, holding Bitcoin for a long time will definitely benefit them. I think most of those who hold Bitcoin currently have the intention of making a profit from it. Yes, you said that Bitcoin is just for investment and holding it to make a profit? Although this may be partially or completely true because those who come to cryptocurrency must have the intention of gaining something from it, they must not have the intention of losing money and returning from it. Holding Bitcoin can certainly be good or bad. Those who have already experienced its positive results will certainly see it as good and those who have lost patience will certainly see holding it as negative. In the beginning, then when they see the pump at some point, they have no choice but to be disappointed. In the future, it is possible to do a lot of things with Bitcoin, but in some countries it has not yet been accepted as a legal currency, but I think it will be the currency of choice in the future instead of money.

Re: Stay safe from bad news about Bitcoin

Those who actually have a correct understanding of Bitcoin will not be disturbed by the words or news of anyone outside. There is nothing new to say about the bright future of Bitcoin. Those who have been in cryptocurrency for a long time actually know very well where Bitcoin's journey will take its future. Around 2022, I had very little Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin was around $25,000, then I was also surprised how Bitcoin fell so low, we can all see where the price of Bitcoin went in just 2-1 years, so what is the situation of those who held Bitcoin at that time now! Bitcoin is the most reliable currency in cryptocurrency, we should not be disturbed by this from any medium. And I hope that it will definitely happen to me that Bitcoin will become a reliable currency in the whole world at some point when people no longer use paper money, maybe this time is not very far away.
