Well im using Blockchain so I have very limited options I saw

I have a stuck transaction since the 17th of october. Is it possible for you guys to help me get these bitcoin back? I accidentally payd the transaction fee wrong. I used no fee because I wanted to transfer 0,085, so I used 0,0855.
