Definitely yes, any project has direct or indirect competitors or substitutes even if it knows nothing about them.
In one way or another our platform competes with the exchanges, wallets etc. To disrupt the market we want to position our platform differently and also provide set of distinctive features.

There are still a lot of pain when you deal with cryptocurrencies and invest in it: how and where to buy/sell cryptocurrencies? where is the commission lower? is it secure? how much does it cost to me for paying fees? How to multiply my investments or savings? What to buy or sell? Whose investment advice should I follow? How to keep my crypto portfolio safe? How to develop a set of rules for autonomous medium or long term trading/investment? and so on...

I personally and our team members have had such pains and questions. The idea came to my mind to solve these problems.

There is no need to blow up initial cap as we have seen in other projects.

The initial goal is to provide profits for our early investors (pre-ICO and ICO) who believe in the project.

As we stated in the whitepaper:

The platform uses 20% of crowdfunding to form a portfolio of cryptocurrencies. That portfolio will be formed according to top traders’ and investors’ portfolios. At the end of each year gained profits from this portfolio are used for covering costs and distributed among token holders.

The idea to take only 0.1% fee just on profits made by traders and investors is also under consideration. It means that Nox platform is making money only if it helps traders and investors to make money, otherwise – not.
