I think if they stop take deposits from the UK they should also not steal it. That user should be banned from your site with playing around with people and drawing them in to their channel and then directing them to your site in the hopes to get referral bonuses.

The faucet cooldowns/restrictions have been fixed. You can claim 50x per day, and your first claim puts you in the 24 hour cooldown window, before it was wrongfully resetting the cooldown so it was possible to claim less than 50x and hit your limit.

This update was pushed recently, people currently at their limit will have to wait 12-18 hours and it should work properly after that expiration point.
