Re: Will religion save you?

I study religion in the university... and i think all this is a kind of manipulation to have more people in religion... as people want to believe that there will be Heaven and they want to go to Heaven. But I think you should choose religion by your heart. And probably this can even be no-judaistic (where nowadays we can see the concept of salvation and they are most widespreaded) religion just as buddhism. It's understanding of this question is kinda abstrcat imho

Re: How do you get better people in your life?

I think this theory is not right in some ways
People and friendship should be firm (probably not that word but the meaning is near). And it doesn't matter if they loosers or winners. Also all we have balck and white lines in the life. But i think we must choose people from how long they are with us and how they behave with us
As for topic - I think in some educational or self-motivation communities. I've found there such people that are such activists as me (btw my best friends and my gf are not sooooooo succesesful as I and this doesn't influence on our friendship)

The main thing is there is nothing that you should obliviously and without doubts believe to
There're too much informational garbage and weird people everywhere to be so a naive

Exercices (they are really helpful!)
Also you can try to eat avocado if it is available in your region. It has lots of nourishing substances. Try to less junk food, however this is hell to drop it

I have been studying Japaneese
The best way of learning kanji - is just sit and write kanji for all the time. This is irritating but then you remember everything
As for me, kanji is the most difficult in this language

Re: Does social media had a bad cause?

The social media is just a part of the network society in which we are living now
Of course it has both positive and negative causes. Nowadays we have access to the biggest archieves of the information and some social media are posting really helpful and amusive stuff. But also social media can be a hotbead of all sorts of propaganda, hatred and different horrible things.
But as for me - a person can always choose for themselves. You can read about stydying or some sort of conspirology. And we can't say will it be good or bad for them

My favourite book is "Battle Royal" by Koshyun Takami
I've known about it long before PUBG and other battleroyal-genre videogames became popular
And I really fell in love with it's characters. Especially Mitsuko Souma and Kadzuo Kiriyama. Their images are genusly-like
And i think that the atmospehere of the book is pretty realistic

I'm fighting against insomnia. It had beggining for a year ago.
To be honest, the only one thing helping me are meds. But please don't try to put in anything without doctor's permission!
Also such advices can help:
1. Reading bookds before sleeping. This is individual but usually books calm down.
2. Put all gadgets away. Idk there were some kinds of researches about the connection between them and  the quality of sleep
3. Don't take a nap in a daytime! Really it begins very hard to fall asleep in the evening then
4. Some warm bath or shower

I'm a big fan of the gothic rock and everything related with it for about 11 years or even more
But for the last 5 years I was listening to Touhou OSTS, many doujin projects (e.g. Dark PHOENiX, Cool&Create, Ryu-5150, Yuuhei Satelite, etc.) and Len'en OSTs. That's pretty soothing
From gothic rock I can advise The sisters of mercy, Ghost Dance, Mors Syphylytica, Die Verbannten Kinder Evas, 45 Grave, Baroque Bordello, Little Nemo. Yeah, there're different kinds of gothic here - ethereal, post-pink with new wave (idk how to call it) and classical first wave gothic rock.
That's my point this topic is rather needful. Even people connecting to such serious themes often listen to something. So they can find out new brands and it sounds well
