That is a very interesting idea! Love it. If there is one thing publishers are bad at, it is being transparent. Sure there are power-houses like Google Adwords that are transparent to a high degree, but the smaller ad networks are sadly not always as transparent - this cuts right through that so that publishers and advertisers can trust eachother. It really is limited how much more Dogecoin can grow in value unless it gets more mainstream attention. Dogecoin's large supply works against it, so it needs a considerable boost in marketcap before that is possible and for that to happen it also needs a considerable liquidity injection. Personally speaking, I think Dogecoin is too late to invest in, there are ICOs and other cryptocurrencies that can give you a better ROI than dogecoin.

That is a shame. But that is just short term. People should hold their coins long term. DO is a good project in all honesty (I am not in the air drop unfortunately - I made a mistake with my reference code in my signature but I support it anyways), with a sound differentiator long term. It stands out because it is unique, because they try to actually give it its own footing. It may have some comparisons to Monero, but it also has its own uniqueness such as the DeelVault. Do not worry too much about the price today. Wait a few years.
