This project looks really promising! Is the marketplace operational?
If I want, for example, can I sell my leather jacket on the marketplace now or is it focus on small businesses and entrepreneurs?

It is live in Open Beta and during this phase vendors must speak with staff before listing.
Once the final version is out, anyone can list without the need for discussion.

No promises on running masternodes on a ledger but our developers are discussing the idea of cold staking and zPHR staking.
There is strong progress on additional exchanges but we cannot divulge details.
Rest assured we see the importance of this and are working on it daily.

We've asked Ledger to support us. They've accepted. Our devs are cooperating and working with them right now. It could take some time but it's happening.

In masternode coins that are POW I have found that the masternode rewards come after a miner finds a block then its designed in code that a % of that rewards goes to certain masternode addresses.
How does this work on a coin that is full POS? Is it the same concept where after a staker finds a block a % goes to masternodes?

Every block generated sends 40% of rewards to stakers and 60% to masternodes.

There is no maximum supply but it has low inflation.
Will there be announcements of all the events? It is in this forum topic? I correctly understood the information?

I sent Phore to my Win 64 wallet. I set up a password and unlocked it for staking. It says Staking active Multisend is not active. Wallet is open for 3 days already and i got no reward 
i am doing something wrong but i don't know. Can someone give me an idea?

It may have to do with your balance. The lower it is the less chance you have of earning a staking reward.

There is no max supply. Where are you getting your information?
