Thank you for your post.

As we have said many times; this project does not come with an on/off switch. The road to mainnet is full of milestones and even after the first testnet on mainnet there will still be a road full of milestones and those milestones will never end, just like any other software.

This is not a small undertaking and we will be further expanding our developer team to spread out the workload that is on Borzaloms shoulders. Patent pending and NDA's with KYC are milestones that will most certainly improve our production capabilities.

At this time Borzalom is working on connecting the network of STATIC nodes. STATIC registrations will have to be opened up to complete this process because we need the other 2 levels for the functioning of POSIGN.

So, step by step we are getting closer and closer to the point that everyone will be able to actually see the milestones as we pass them. But, until we get to the point that things are visible, we will continue to have to work behind the scenes.

I am a long time supporter and bag holder of xby and xfuel. I have a question I hope you will answer. Are patents the only thing holding up release of mainnet? In other words will we move to zolt chain (mainnet) with all the features from the white paper, as soon as the PoSign patents are pending?

Maybe not next year, as the mainnet will only be released in Q4 2018 (if it will be released on schedule, nobody can promise that because there can be obscacles coming up). Mainnet is scheduled for Q1 2018 not Q4.

Dude, whoever makes the smart contract aggregates the oracles to get the highest percentage answer. Maybe aeternity will have a oracle reputation list or something.

Hey looks like you can make ae from running an oracle and feeding it data for smart contracts to draw from. This is from the whitepaper:

"æternity is the only blockchain where users can make money by creating oracles for different data feeds and we expect a thriving oracle ecosystem to develop quickly. In the future even AIs might be able to create oracles for profit."

You got that wrong. Mobile phone mining is for a more decentralized network (and it is still happening). This combined with John Tromp's Cuckoo Cycle algo should prevent the network from being held hostage by mining cartels and the like. Mass adoption is driven by web browser integration, a mobile first approach and a bunch of æapps at mainnet launch or soon after.

Check out the team page. Aeternity have recently hired some absolute guns and have been making massive progress in a short amount of time.

Looks like Zack, the lead Dev may have left the team. Ive been trying to get a comment from the team on slack with no joy. If true this is worse then the hack!

Yeah, probably be closer to 260-270 Mil tokens after æternity team gets there cut. I dont believe this is added to the amount shown.
