that's a very cool idea. if there was an alternative to Tor more convenient to use for the average user, it would be a breakthrough. but you and I don't see kontentnykh plans in the implementation of the project. how's it going?

Guy's, for investment in ICO what currencies they are accepting? I mean only crypto currency or FIAT options are also available there?

The main purpose is to create a multilayer anonymous network that mimics i2p and let it communicate through i2p for maximum anonymity. Tor will not be used anymore
