BUT yes the application not fully functional and need to be improved for a "real" production mode. The blockchain in background is running locally in our server. Lot's of work need to be done, you can see the list on our Github (security, new implementations, etc.).

Yes the physical office in in Dubai international financial Center (Al Fattan Currency House) and all our team is based here. The incorporation in Caymand Islands is because it's easier to run an ICO and a blockchain based company with this incorporation (It's more complex in UAE). We are working with a legal company, legal advisors, and startegic advisors to find the best solutions for the future development of the SherCoin ecosystem. On App Store and Play Store we have around 100 DL. As the app is only a prototype, we didn't spend lot of time on the promotion. This will come later when we will have a more complete version and concluded few strategic partnerships.

We have realized that the best way to create a good cryptocurrency that will achieve mass adoption is by creating a multi-functional token that has more than one utility.  SherCoin features five different related applications in one. SherCoin is a token based on the Ethereum platform, which will bring cryptocurrencies to the masses.

Yes, according to our roadmap, it will be live by 2021 in mean time we will develop our other use cases that will add many users to the ecosystem. We will also partner with existing e-commerce website to integrate with the marketplace. We will make sure we have a large number of products and services listed before going live.

Yes, because lots of amazing blockchain platform with smart-contract feature are live now and more will go live before the end of the year. So based on technical informations we have (scalability, block time, governance, etc.), technical documentations actually provided to develop smart-contracts, their ecosystems, their specific features, etc. We will choose the solution which will fit our long term needs for the ecosystem.

Such migration is more easy to do in the beginning of a project, that's why we are exploring other solutions now. But we need to choose carefully because this choice will impact future developments of the project.

Concerning the ICO you totally right, we will need to provide more than one way to to participate in it. We do not want to put a barrier.

We are currently using the ethereum blockchain and our smart-contracts are written using Solidity but we do not stick to ethereum. You can find more details about our prototype in this article.

We are currently studying (and testing) other blockchain solutions providing smart-contracts feature (AION, NEO, EOS, TRON etc.). So a migration is not impossible in the future.

The ICO will accept ETH, and maybe some other cryptos. We are currently still working on it and we will update you.
