Is it allowed to do iCO in USA? I have heard that in USA ICO are banned. In many ICO websites i am seeing they are saying that if you are not from USA then you can join.

Hey I found some similar apps for restaurants on the iPad, how are you going to stop restaurant owners from getting your hardware for free and installing different software preventing you from collecting fees?

Our terminals in kiosk mode and controlled from outside. So they can't modify anything

With such a small cap, the project can make 100x, especially already there is a working platform.
I think soft cap it's not the most important, all will depend of the team ambitions and perseverance, I believe in the success of this projectyes, this program look promising with simple target and big ambitions.
about the competitor, maybe pundiX is a competitor, but pundix's target is a store and target market in asia.
PundiX is just another POS with crypto. They provide lower fees and they do not solve real small business problems

With such a low softcap, what will be the plans of the reOrder team to sustain operating and other miscellaneous costs that maybe incurred bby the project within the coming months?
Our plans is to connect 3-5 restaurants it should costs not much as $20k and spend rest on marketing. We already have contributors database, website, all materials and working product so we don't need hundreds of dollars for second stage.

About 3 months I believe. One moth to hire team and connect restaurants and 2 month to get all usage data and prepare for next stage

Unsold tokens will go to second ICO round. Not sure if the softcap is just for the first or also for the second ICO round, I think the former is the case.

How many of these stages will you have for the ICO?
Just two stages. First to prove the concept and marketing and second to rise $28m

This was one of the most confusing thread titles that I have seen, here or anywhere else. I was literally unable to determine the actual name of the coin and/or project. When the Ann first hit, that was the reason that we gave it very little time. There are so many coins that come out that if we can drop a choice quickly, we do.

The reason why I put name in the end of the title is difference between us and others. First of all we are REAL startup with REAL product in exact place with exact target.
So our target (2000 restaurants) is the main reason why we are here. Not just create coin and get investment through ICO.

I think they will start with New York, but in the future this innovation will expand around the world. for the restaurant owner who is interested in success it will be a revolutionary discoveryit is, lets make first the first step bevor talking about the secound step
New york is like a small state. I like the fact that they have a precise target, easy to have a good support and optimize the marketing like this.
dude the city is probly around 10 mil people. that's a lot of test subjects.
42,000 eatery places just in NYC. So 2000 restaurants is just about 5% of them
