1. You, yourself said that this private sale is for paying for the law firm. Quite how you are arguing that you are not asking for money on a public forum is beyond me.
2. Do you have any actual paperwork saying that your have passed the Howey Test? Consider it one of the unwritten rules for any project that's doing "private sales" and ICOs.

Again, full disclosure is not the problem. We offered to email everything to the "hero" member if they would also disclose themselves to us. It is a fair trade. Otherwise just move on.
We are selling the tokens at "less than fair value price" because the token will be used for charity and disaster relief services. No one is asking for money.
