Re: TT-Miner 6.1.0 KAWPOW, ProgPoW, MTP, EPIC, ETHASH & ETCHASH

Hello all
How do I use this software to double dig ETH and EPIC, using Nvidia P104, how do I configure relevant files, I downloaded the latest program, there is an error when running TT-Miner.exe, it cannot start. If you have any friends who know, please reply to me. Thank you very much。

Hello all Smiley

It seems when I am mining using this software (I dual-mine Epic cash and ETH with 11xRTX3070s) eventually one or two of the gpus end up not working and even though its stated in the edit of the .bat file (-d 0,1,2,3,4,5) it stops working. They start off fine. They go from however much hashrate depending on the algo (25mhs for epic and 50mhs for eth) to 0mhs. The only thing that works is restarting the pc but I can't be doing that every few hours. Is this normal or is there a way around this. Also I'm a huge noob. Thank you for reading this Smiley

Can you teach me how to configure BAT file? What operating system is it? I'm using Windows 10, but I can't start it. thank you

Hello,

Here is an example batch file for dual mining::
Code:
TT-Miner.exe -coin EPIC -poolinfo -luck -log -logpool -P <USER>.<WORKER>:<PWD>@epic.icemining.ca:4000 -coinalt etc -PALT <ETC-MALLET>.<W0RKER>@eul-etc.ethermine.org:4444 -coinalt clo -PALT stratuml+tcp://<WALLET>.<W0RKER>@s1.solopool.org:8006

I found it in the TT-Miner guide here

One GPU 1080 ti.

Do you overclock? Disable the overclock. Close "the pill"  program if you are running that.

1080ti is working here with --xintensity 128, on --xintensity 224 it crashes.

I'm not talking about the console color, but about these symbols: [?]

I don't use pill and overclocking now. I am testing launch.

Windows 10? Which cards in the rig?
can you take a screenshot?
You need to install the full driver package from nvidia.com

if you have many cards you need virtual memory of 64 gb

One GPU 1080 ti.

can anyone explain gpu tuning parameter and wht s better ti get good hashrate..

-gt <n>
Set the GPU tuning parameter (6 to 400). The default is 15. You can
change the tuning parameter interactively with the "+" and "-" keys
in the miner's console window. You may specify this option per-GPU.
If you don't specify "-gt" or you specify value 0, the miner will
use auto-tuning to determine the best GT value. Note that when the
GPU is dual-mining, it ignores the "-gt" values, and uses "-sci"
   instead.

thx,
What values do you recommend for the RX 6x00?

Sorry, I do not know. I've never owned an RX 6x00.

is @Phonexminer hacked

I dont remmeber they ever gave a  d version out, it was either beta like 5.5b
or the release 5.5c

5.5d  has been usually malware

checked the HASH of 5.5C  on the new website and old file and they match but hte 5.5D  is a new file so if phonexminers account on here is hacked and their github is hacked... ummm

Yes, nothing has been hacked, calm down already.
Just crazy NiceHash decided to eliminate a competitor and writes complaints on Mega, then on GitHub.

Just stick to:
1) never keep ANY miner on the same device as your wallet or exchange
2) compare checksums of executable files.
3) HODL TO MOON: No Fomo, No Fud (c)

Yes, our GitHub account was terminated (not a big surprise after they deleted some other mining software repos but we kind of liked the functionality there). Again, no explanation was given - they just don't want to host popular mining software it seems.

Our new host is up and running. You can find the latest version of PhoenixMiner (as well as older releases and beta versions) here:

https://phoenixminer.info/downloads/

As backup, you can also download the latest version from our old MEGA account (it was restored by MEGA a few weeks ago):

https://mega.nz/folder/2VskDJrI#lsQsz1CdDe8x5cH3L8QaBw

As always, make sure to compare the checksums of the downloaded files with these from the first post of this thread. This is a good idea for any download and takes mere seconds to do.

I have had this several times with my GitHub repositories with miners forks.
So, GitHub blocks accounts for five reasons:
1. Someone has complained
2. Automatically by mistake
3. Someone forked the repository from a "dirty" account (When a fraudulent account is created and it starts to fork normal accounts, good chain accounts are sometimes also blocked.
4. The presence of two accounts.
5. Someone spammed the issues branch (sometimes GitHub blocks the account itself)

What I used to do and always got amnesty:
1. Write to support (https://support.github.com/contact/account) and ask the reason for blocking. In a response letter (2-3 days), they always write the reason for blocking the account. They will also ask you to describe your files and what they do.
After they receive this information, then in 99% of cases the unlocking takes place, if you do not drag out for a long time.

I always wrote that this is a cryptocurrency miner such as NiceHash and asked why then NiceHash is not blocked? After all, this is essentially the same miner. After that I was always unblocked Smiley

Then the account never gets the Suspended status again.
Try to write support, I think it will help.

Checksums for my unpacked 5.6d files downloaded 11.05.2021 from GitHub follows:

PhoenixMiner.exe:
SHA256 e8e775add50c67e1c6f6ca20db318f745e22b085afcbdf5634015e6ef91e8853

EIO.dll:
SHA256 287e44f5067a4e770e8a0605f5720d3d1477ecc4aa4f3a26ce5d3a489ae79780

EIO.exe:
SHA256 402438684406d1e3b2d1d5629151259ad864ffc55c8e6ab176f4c47c543d4fee

IOMap64.sys
SHA256 ad20e44954960278ad965b05e8c67d9d314c200809b99b1b5a219a916ce06b21

check the sums of the exe, dll, EIO and IOMap64 files, they must match these.

you can verify Checksums here: md5file.com/calculator. Just upload there there one by one PhoenixMiner.exe, EIO.dll, EIO.exe: and IOMap64.sys.

You should have the same amounts as those I indicated above.
While the issue is being resolved with GitHub.

If that is true, past performance is no guarantee of future results.  What if Github gets hacked?  What if a Github employee acts maliciously, or an Amazon employee with access to Github’s AWS download backend, or...?

What if the earth is flat Huh What if Masons rule everything?

Don't go mad. This is not a wallet, it is only a mining program. It is usually installed on a separate machine.

And even if, in theory, they get hacked (0.01% chance) because in the whole history, there hasn't been a single hack of a console mining program, what will be stolen from the mining rig? Nothing.

Just reinstall and that's it. People have kept their coins in hardware wallets for a long time.

Don't go mad. The GitHub repository is completely sufficient. No PGP - no need to worry.

99,9% of mining programs are hosted on GitHub (gminer, teamred, trex, nbminer, even nicehash, etc.)

You need to specify an email, not a worker.

Mega from the first post (link ends with * bw) has been restored to it a long time ago.
But phoenix now prefers github.
In any case, always compare the sha checksums of the exe file.

hello,
are adrenaline drivers same as blockchian drive? or should i use blockchain driver?

IMPORTANT! All owners of AMD cards with 6 GB or 8 GB RAM must either keep drivers 20.4.x or lower (do not upgrade to 20.5.1 or later), or upgrade to PhoenixMiner 5.2e or later version to continue mining after DAG epoch 384 (ETH will pass it before the end of 2020).  Cool

Hi, I was shocked to see this mess(ing) around PhoenixMiner.
I downloaded 5.5c about a month ago from phoenixminer.org. My experience is great. The miner's performance is best of all I tried.
Haven't experienced any security issues so far.

Can anybody tell if I'm using the official version or I'm victim of a scam?!?
I'm highly worried!!!

This is the file name and the checksum:
SHA256 hash of PhoenixMiner_5.5c_Windows_AMD_NVIDIA.Password-phoenix.zip:
37cf8bf59a683ec07d515c7ec1b218501e7a8a96e3dfbcff83b2d42222b27c87

Yes, there are correct checksums of the file.
But it's better to download from Github in the first post of the topic because this is a fan site with referrals and instructions, not a phoenix.
It is harmless, but it does give good starting instructions.
But I only recommend downloading from GitHub.
