How the stimulus money is created

A lot of people are thinking that the stimulus money is printed freshly by the government and this can lead to inflation and that it is the end of the USD as a world reserve currency. But this isn't the fact, actually no new money is being printed by the Federal Reserve.

Here is the explanation of what's happening behind the scene:-

https://i.ibb.co/5x8wF5M/Screenshot-1.gif

There are three sources of getting the stimulus money by the Treasury Department

  • Public Sector
Like other parts of the government

  • Private Sector
This includes companies, businesses and other investors
• Foreign Investors
This includes the sources from other countries which invest in the US
Steps

  • So the Treasury Department issues IOU's(these are the same as of the ICO happening in the crypto sector) and give those IOU to these 3 kinds of investors in exchange of money.

  • Now the money they get by selling these IOU is given to the people of US as stimulus money

  • They in turn spend the money and it goes to the companies creating a positive economy

  • And then the companies buy more IOU if they want to

  • This cycle continues

So now it will be clear that the USD is still going to be the same that we used to know before the Lockdown.

It's unfortuante that india is not ready for bitcoin yet, mainly because people is too uninformed to even know what it is let alone how to properly use it to store and move their wealth. A lot of people is going to lose their net worth because of government stupidity and gold will be confiscated if they try to go the gold route.
People from India love gold so if the government tried some confiscatory measures I’m sure there is going to be strong resistance against it, that is why I think India is going to adopt bitcoin, if we explain them that bitcoin is like an electronic form of gold.

Bitcoin is already being adopted by many Indians. And after demonetization in India, many peoples are getting into Bitcoins. The acceptance rate of Bitcoins will be going further gradually. Not only they are uninformed, many people live in fear. Gold can be bought electronically also, but they by physical gold out of fear for feeling more secure.

i see that indians realize that bitcoin is become another solutions for their economic and they can use bitcoin for the payment, beside that bitcoin is really safe and secure than gold so i think this is a good to be adopt by other country and other people so we can make bitcoin more grow than before.
India need too much time to adopt bitcoin like China and Indonesia because here most of things control by strict government policies so they are not allowing peoples to involve in this right now  but some peoples trying to spread this which is very good signal

They might not use the bitcoin, but they can buy and hold the bitcoin.

Investing in bitcoin is a good investment also, since bitcoin is volatile...
If you invest a big amount for sure you will earn big profit also...
Thus, invest what you can afford to lose...
i agree with you that invest in bitcoin is much more good because bitcoin is very profitable currency and a lot of people are adopting bitcoin in huge amount and we know that bitcoin will be increase its price more and more in the near future so its good idea to invest in bitcoin is much more better than other investment.

That is right. The bitcoin price will rise when more people use it. And it is easily to be confisticated by government.

Bought another 290x...the seller asked me, why there are so many people buying his card  Grin

and i got it first....i am even tempted to get another 290x but i think i will not buy it because its reference design and it will be noisier than a dozen of dual fans or tri fan models.

That is very good choice of using the 290X.  For the ZCash mining,

10% more core of the 290x than the 290 makes some difference.

I do not plan to dump them right now because most likely the bitcoin will be getting more popular, more used and also worth more.

That is right. If many people dump the bitcoin and suppress the price, it is actually a good time to buy.

Investing with bitcoin is not an easy task, you need to perform a deep study of the market and make decisions based on good fundamentals. Also, I think it may not be a very good idea to invest more than thirty percent of your capital in Bitcoins, despite being a market with great potential.

For the time being, it is better to invest less than 10% of your total wealth. It is still too risky now.

Its hard to find any trustworthy place to invest our bitcoins as most of them are ponzi and scam you in long run, so I think investing them in multiple altcoins is a smart move to make at a moment.
I know it's hard but you can find one if you will not be tired of doing good research, one good example in investing in a certain gambling sites since that is a profitable investment, you can put your money in betking or moneypot and even in safedice, those are just some of the gambling sites that accept investment and they have been in existence for a long time.

Yup those are the trusted gambling sites and they holds huge volume of gamblers so they will never scam their investors and they cannot afford to put their reputation at stake.
Actually you just have to analyze everything, these gambling sites are very profitable and they are operating 24/7 so for them trust is very important and their reputation matters, so they will not scam you as they are afraid of losing the opportunity to make consistent money on a regular basis or a daily basis to be specific.

That is right. The trust or the repuation is the most important for the gambling site. That will keep customer royal.

There are cryptocurrencies whose projects are basically startups, because they have platforms for blockchain services and applications.
Take a look in the top coins on the coinmarketcap site and look for projects with more potential to grow.

there are many crypto. So be carefull to invest you money
altcoins is easy to a scam and dump. that's right, we need to look for a great project in the future.

I agree investing in altcoin is very risky at this point unless you are into altcoin that had establised it's value.  Never be tempted  to buy a coin immediatley that is shouted in the troll box without researching what it is.  It is more likely the opposite will happen.  When they say  it will increase in value, there is a big probability that it will decreasee and be dump.

That is right. You have to choose the best altcoin to invest. Most of the altcoin are just scams to get rid of your money.

India is huge. You can't say that from a small little experience like a quick visit. Jeez.

India has also a relatively high growth rate, so India could even be the first country to accept bitcoin as a nation.

India could not be the first country to accept bitcoin as a nation. It might happen to a small country like with only a few millon people.

Dude, take a look of the age of people you ask.
Bitcoin is born on 2009, just peoples 17 - 35 yo with intensive online activity will know it.

I think the bitcoin is still very young. More people will know that as time goes on and more people will invest in it.

I am of the opinion that , saving bitcoins is the best way to invest bitcoins ( Not when bitcoin price is above 850 - 900$ ) . It involves less risk according to me . If you ask me the best ways to invest bitcoins with greater risks ( with greater payouts ofc ) I will say
1. Investing in right crypto currency .
2. Investing in casino . ( not to gamble , to be the house ).

Investing in crypto is better in compare to investing it in casino as your money will be locked in casino but in crypto you can always sell when you see good amount of profits.

If you invest in a good casino and your money is not stolen by the operators, I think investing in Casino is a better option.

Well, that is why there are a lot of ways to earn money because we do have the same skills, others are good in trading while some are just good in doing an online work and no risk for them. Since trading is more profitable than any other means of making money it is also fair that it is more risky.

Investing in bitcoin does not need too much skill. I just bought some bitcoin in 2013, and keep them, and the price rose.

I think the bitcoin price now is quite stable and it is a good price to buy. In 12 months, the price will be over $1000.

If you are planning to put it on a investment site then i would say no, don't invest your bitcoin on almost same scheme sites because most of them have ponzi scheme which the earlier investor will get profits.
IMO it's better if you just study about trading and for sure if you understand the market in trading it will be easy for you to earn big amount of bitcoin without taking high risk.

how about create your own "real mining" not only cloudmining.
im sure you will get more benefit from it.

now i spend arround $1500 and earning 0.5-0.8 ethereum perday. it's small earning but "real mining" make you feel more secure.

this is one of the best options but it is not working out for everyone. you need to invest a big amount at first then you have to pay a lot for electricity and if the cost of electricity is high in your place you will be left with no profit at all.
also you should take into account that you need to run a computer all day and tolerate the sound and do proper cooling.

It is much easy to buy and hold the bitcoin or the Ethereum if it becomes popular again. Mining is too risky.

buying or holding a bitcoin is also a investment and also it has a risk because you spend and risk money just to make some profit and try if your money will grow . you should think twice before investing your money .
I think all investing is risky, but the good thing with bitcoins is that the price fluctuates that much and we have reach the peak of $1,000 and with that amount we can still achieve so it is good to buy now and hold it in the future.

Investing in bitcoin is not risky but investing in online sites is really risky for sure, as we can never know how genuine or legit site it is as there is no face to face agreement is involved, so it becomes difficult to trust anyone online.

That is right. When I buy the bitcoin, I will usually withdraw it straight away. I do not leave bitcoin on exchanges.

Well, I think the best thing to do right now is just to hold all your coins. It involves absolutely no risk at all and it's definietly going to be very profitable indeed with the current halving coming up.

Sell it when the halving comes. I bet there will be a market adjustment, and you can get more coins!!!

I think the price will continue to rise after the halving. We will see at least $1000 this year. I will wait.

I will not prefer to invest my bitcoin in any online site, but I will keep on investing my fiat money in bitcoin itself, as I think that can be the best investment for future.

There are many ponzi sites available now which are difficult to trust, its better to invest in bitcoin and hold it for next 5 years to get best out of it.

That is true. I buy the bitcoin when the price is low. Then I will hold it for the long term for the high prices.
