Its been dead quiet here these past few months, but i suppose this is what to be expected if one would look at the charts. Dead. But as i was checking CMC today, Ive noticed that trumpcoin has a steady 24h volume between ~$5k and ~$150k. This is going on for about two weeks now, so its not a one time thing. Anyone knows/has any ideas of whats happening?

2018 and already a good start for this coin it seems, a good positive uptrend. I know, I can be a bit too optimistic, but this is starting to look good. Drop some news for us devs!

Just a thought, if we are to see trumpcoins return in near future, all the people who bought/held through the bottom will be more than happy. And I dont mean new ATH in terms of sats, think about it, even ~10k sats which was a normal, stable price for a long, long time, would be worth about $2/trumpcoin now. I know it may be risky, given the lack of news and current downtrend, BUT if what bitbullbarbados says is true, this is the best opportunity. I hope trumpcoin is the sleeping giant, waiting to wake up at any time.

Yes, there are still team members working behind the scenes for TrumpCoin. Although it appears the coin is dead, that is not the case. Far from it. It's actively traded on several exchanges and is selling for 6.5cents right now on Cryptopia. Buyers now will be happy in the long run.
More detailed information will be shared soon as well as an updated roadmap and plans for the future.
Anyone wanting to join the team and support this coin and cause are more than welcome to step up. Programmers, social media players, graphic designers, and videographers are all needed.

Yes there is much happening behind the scenes. Bitbullbarbados has approved a proposed code modification/ improvement. As of this time there is no set schedule for this change but we have agreed that some new tech is needed.

Trumpcoin was never a tech coin but we have the opportunity to now do another first. I will not give out more detail since I do not wish to loose the chance to be first lol. Seriously, I am aware of the features that are being built into the premiere wallets of tomorrow by the big boys that are about to compete in this space and my hope is to beat them to market! [This is real and is a call out to all for the love of crypto, private property and freedom!] Be a part of the real revolution!
I will say that the code algo will still be a type of POS and NOT POW.
Other features such as masternode concept have been discussed and are being looked at as a feature to use in this new code proposal.
Ongoing efforts with regard to additional exchanges are unabated and support at the dev team level is welcomed.

Our goal is to be compatible with the previous versions so no swap should be needed. The part that will be tweaked is how the broadcasts are sent to the network.. this is for increased security of the users!!

Thats good to know, that there is SOMETHING going on. But meanwhile were at the new all time low, which is not so good. Price has been staeadily falling for a long time now.

Yeah it feels like the meme magic died. There were some efforts done by bitbullparados to revive it but nobody bothered to help... Everybody seems to have moved on unfortunately. I am holding my coins in case a miracle happens but I don't expect anything :/
By miracle you mean some political happening that would trigger a "pump". Or waiting for the next election cycle. Having said this, even if 24h volume is very low right now, there are still buy orders and some people are still buying trumpcoins, I wonder why.

Woke up today and saw this. This is of course because some mad man bought some trumps @ $2/Trumpcoin on novaexchange, but this shows how easy it is to manipulate the price of a coin with such a small volume. Also ~15k sats was once a normal steady price for a long time before that one pump. Dont let one pump destroy a coin with such good future...

Are there any efforts being made to promote the coin besides twitter and facebook? I remember that there were daily trumpcoin general threads on /biz/, lots of people were excited about trumpcoin there but now its all quiet.

I would love to see Trumpcoins price to reach new ATH in sats but with all the craze BTC is causing right now, its hard to imagine lots of people trading their BTC for altcoins... Even if now (or when BTC slows down a bit) is probably the best time to buy, because most of the altcoins including trumpcoin are undervalued. Any events on the calendar that might cause the price to spike up? Im only aware of 4th of july as possible date.
