That exactly the clue. Scammers trying to sell accounts, when option bank payment is not available. Don't be fooled.

Those guys are speculators.
They sell a right to buy. But there no bank wire options. It's more like a scam. You have less then hour to pay  this guy, revive all credentials and make a payment for asic. Too much unknown variables - easy to fail.

Tomorrow will be a hell. Someone already tried to sell accounts with not paid d3 and this is despite that you payment should be done via BTC in one hour.
