I like doge..not as a means to get rich or earn some profit...but in the sense that it is widely used in the cryptoworld to move other popular coins when their fee/Tx time increases...so when we look at the coin from a different point of view this coin is actually doing a lot of what a cryptocurrency is suppose to be doing..."cheap and fast transactions" atleast in the cryptoworld.
As for its price, don't think it will even get to a dollar. Cryptocurrencies as of now is a speculative market, where most people are trying to make some quick profits...so new coins or coins that are marketed well are the ones ppl will usually jump into..But as long as doge is used for the above mentioned use, there will always be P&D...so i guess the question is not "what will be the price.......?", but more-of-a "Will i be lucky enough to catch those P&Ds?"
No offense - but predicting doge to $78125 and asking for btc squeezed out a chuckle...
Can't say much about its price...but even tho most ppl think of doge as a joke...transactions are fast and cheap...so I believe, this little joke will be around for a long time...even if ppl used it just for moving funds around.

Rx 570 definitely looks like a gr8 buy...now am sad i got those 480s just a couple of months back....they doing only 24~mhs (no tweak) 
dont expect better hash rate unless you tweak your gpus with custom straps/modded bios.
Exactly! That 24 you were getting on your 480 was before strapping and tweaking. So, don't be sad with your 480 because apples to apples, it's very likely going to be a better performer (hash-rate to power ratio) than a 580 as those will use more power but only provide very marginal (if any) higher hash than a relative 480. There are numerous comparisons hitting youtube where you can see for yourself. The 500 series are simply a re-branding of the 400 series so its not a surprise to most that there is no big gain. In fact, the 470s still seem to be the king of altcoing mining (except for ZEC)... especially with all of the driver issues plaguing miners trying to get 6x500 rigs up and running. Yes, some experts in power management may be able to get their 480's close to the power draw of a 470 but for the vast majority of miners, the current order of best ratios is: 470, 480, 570, 580. Personally, I would be very wary of going gung-ho on 500 series GPUs... especially that power-sucking 580.
Thank you guys for your opinions...main reasons i didn't try tweaking was...extra power draw, more demand on the cards and maybe reduced card life.....like many gpu miners, i'd like to sell 'em out after a year or two...so..
Well LTC have thrashed the threshold...not much movement in price so far...looks like ppl are cautious...would it be good idea to get hold of some LTC during this calm before the storm??? Pretty new to this crypto thing...

LTC first for sure, unless we see some big plays by those against it.. though it seems they are already playing it...just going by the LTC segwit % going down soon after it crosses the 70% mark....in the last couple of days or so.
I neither hold or mine LTC, but i'd love to see segwit activated soon and gives this segwit thing a rest...hates it when politics starts.
