Seems to me I had trouble with PhoenixMiner with my card in the past, but maybe I messed up (very possible).  I'll try it again.  Thanks for the tip.

Bummer, I already knew about the -nofee 1.  Unfortunately, that switch slows it down to about the same speed as T-Rex 14.9Mh vs. 17.2Mh.  Lolminer & miniZ were both slower still.  Oh well, it was worth a try.  I hadn't used Claymore in years, but recently re-discovered it on one of my old backups.

Yes, I know this thread is outdated, but I'm trying to find a workaround.  I'm mining an altcoin that uses the ethash algo on a 1050TI.  This is NOT for profit, but for speculative mining on a new altcoin that can be mined on a 4GB card.  I get a 14% speed bump on this miner initially over other miners I've used, until it realizes it cannot connect for the dev fee, then it throttles.  Since the actual eth pools cannot be connected to post merge, is there a way to keep Claymore from throttling?

Re: T-Rex 0.26.4 Ethash (100% LHR unlock and dual mining) GPU miner

So, I have a question.  I have a ASUS GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Phoenix (model PH-GTX1050TI-4G) mining Neoxa on neoxa.herominers.com.  My miner keeps crashing and restarting.  Here is my command line with Windows 11 pro

t-rex.exe -a kawpow -o stratum+tcp://us2.neoxa.herominers.com:1202 -u xxxx -p xxxxx -o stratum+tcp://us.neoxa.herominers.com:1202 -u xxxx -p xxxxx --autoupdate --fan 100 --pl 85 --cclock 200 --mclock 700

Unfortunately, running any flavor of linux is crashing my HP Pavilion 590-p0020 running with a m.2 nvme drive (apparently there seems to be a bug with linux on this model when booting off of an nvme drive).

My system is running a AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with 16GB of memory, using my ASUS GeForce GTX 1050 Ti in the only PCI 3.0 x16 slot on the motherboard.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  It mined ravencoin for more than a year with no issues until the DAG file got too large.  I get the same error on multiple pools.

The text t-rex miner is giving me is below:

So, I have a question.  I am thinking of getting some of the Eyeboot Mini's for my USB hub, and I'd like to power them with my power supply.  Could I power them with something like this?  https://www.amazon.com/ChenYang-Express-5-5X2-5mm-Plugs-Gridseed/dp/B00S6GE7ZY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1535359771&sr=8-2&keywords=gridseed+power  My usb hub is too weak to power my Moonlander 2's otherwise.  I'm not sure if these could handle to power requirements.  I don't want to burn anything up.  Smiley

I know you said that the -t command crashes, but what happens if you type this:

Code:
nheqminer -l zec-apac.suprnova.cc:2142 -u siddartha.sid -p xx -t 3 -od

Note, the -od at the end.  I use that in mine for Suprnova with no issues.  Other than that, I'm fresh out of ideas.  You can try asking here:

Re: MultiMiner: Any Miner, Any Where, on Any Device (Free, Open Source, Cross Platform)

This thing DOES NOT WORK
for some unknown reason, it DOES NOT recognize CPU nor GRIDSEED nor it gives the opportunity to "scan hardware" 0 it is grayed out, and when mining on GPU, most of the time the speed it 0.0 and it is reported as offline while in the interface it says "current 29 Kh/s" - or even faster speeds, but most interesting part is that I never on any other way I mined I get ANY AT ALL Invalid shares, until I tried using this crappy "MultiMiner" and got my first 1 - 100% INVALID SHARES Huh

1. this does not offfer MULTI and does not allow to scan hardare
2. can not use ASIC miners with this
3. no CPU mining
4. almost 99% of the time reports as offline miner - even when I turn on to restart miners or detect orphaned miners ...

any advice to use this the way its name suggests as this way I have not intention of giving 1% for faulty program

thx

As far as I'm aware of, this does not, and has never supported CPU mining.  As far as the Gridseed mining, what kind of Gridseed do you have.  I'm mining a Gridseed Blade with this, as I'm typing with no issues.

My guess would be not much.  You would still be limited by the hardware of each board.

I would still recommend bfgminer, if for no other reason, you do not need to explicitly define each blade.  The "-S gridseed:all" of the command line I gave above, scans for all gridseeds connected.

Personally, I use BFGMiner, as I find it more forgiving.  To each his/her own, however.  My current batch is using the following:

Code:
bfgminer --scrypt -S gridseed:all --set-device gridseed:clock=838 -o stratum+tcp://gmc.suprnova.cc:7351/#skipcbcheck -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD

As you can see, I am slightly overclocking.  Normal clock is 800.  I find 838 works better (less hardware errors) than 850.  Good luck.

So, I have a question, as apparently, I do not have the ability to send messages on discord (it says I don't have permission).  I sent some XIOS TO coinmarkets.com on 11-14.  It been frozen since 11-20, and I am unable to withdraw it.  Do I have any options, or am I out of luck???

Nevermind.  They let me sell it.

Where is the wallet for Linux download? On the official website link on github, but it is not there.

https://github.com/XIOSPROJECT/XIOS/releases

You will also need to use https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2251159.msg26560579#msg26560579.

And finally

Latest info regarding recent fork:

The latest DB files are here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jmRqfQe1dQFBA-2Ig34cxV6r014Olipa/view?usp=sharing

Delete all the files (in %appdata%/XIOS/ for windows, /home/user/.XIOS for linux) except XIOS.conf, masternode.conf and wallet.dat
Then, copy/paste the files from the archive and restart the wallet.
If your coin balance is wrong, type "repairwallet" in the debug console and restart the wallet.

There are now (2) block explorers, both on the correct chain (working with Yobit).
Both are syncing as of 10AM PST, but, you should able to search transactions/address' up to the latest block.
