You obviously don't know much about Moby or wind load coefficients

Turn Moby 90°, open side facing the wind. Add 2 foot waves. Push the winspeed to 50 mph. Can your program simulate a take-off? This is not a brick-and-tile house you know... And let's see a naval architect report maybe.

Can you please show me on the picture where the sail is?
The roof is the sail Panda. The force caused by windage increases exponentially with the wind speed, so a safe boat offers little windage when the sails are down. You will agree that any water body tends to be flat, so average wind speeds are much higher on a waterfront than inland. That goes for picturesque lakes, too.

I'm already thinking about version 2 for open sea use and tropical shark infested waters.
Moby is a boat built like a playhouse, with a one-foot freeboard, a huge sail that cannot be taken down, and cleats that will break before the anchor slips. I cannot imagine what Moby 2 "for open sea use and tropical shark infested waters" would look like... If you don't know about boats, stay off the water architect, or people will get hurt. After such a delusional comment, I actually hope Moby just is what it looks like: vaporware.

P.S.: Add a line in the manual saying that the front hatch should not be opened if the wind picks up, or it will go flying in a bang.

It's a valid concern but it also demonstrates a gross misunderstanding of what Arch is intended to be.

Maybe you mean super-charged insider trading? Or is it the buy-backs? That's fine if you enjoy swimming with loads of sharks in a small tank, trying to lure smaller fish for sustenance. Today's finance at its best. Anyway, I've done my part, over and out...

Just a regular summer storm. But the wind drag on the 200 sqft plastic sail of the Moby and the two-foot, viciously short waves are urging her to rip free from the anchors. A few days later, an upset owner posts pics of the sorry half-sunk & wind-torn carcass that crushed ashore on his Facebook page, making any would-be buyer reconsider - would they even want to stay overnight in such an unsafe contraption? It just takes one post to cause a 200-CEO-pack stampede. Arch is a one-bullet target waiting to be shot...

Just because you have the ability to build a house does not mean you have to place it in a volcano.
Just for argument's sake.

I tend to use that argument for people who live in tornado alley and have wooden houses there... but indeed.

No Moby's to be installed in Summer Storm Alley? Thanks Panda, that's reassuring. I'm off to buy more Arch...
