Hi there sir. Hmm, pretty interesting question. I am not sure that it is applicable in WHY token situation. When we choose whisky, it is not enough just to analyze the trend etc, you should understand how everything is built up, what adds value etc. So in my opinion not everything may be automated. We need experts in this field to build great portfolio.. Don't you agree with that?

Our belief is that the blockchain is a technology to incentivize human behaviour in a system. In our case, that would be incentivizing online service stakeholders: providers, employees, users, insurance companies and so on.
If we talk about "mass" adoption, we're talking about getting the product in the hands of users.
For now, we are focusing on helping online service providers manage the expectations of their users using SLAs, but at some point, we will also empower users themselves with more capabilities by launching products that are more or less dedicated to them.
I absolutely agree with you on that. Blockchain, as a technology, is getting used wider and wider as it really helps to optimize many processes, increase transparency, reliability and much more. As for your solution, I believe that mass adoption is just a matter of time. As for me, I see your product being beneficial for everyone - so we will definitely see it spreading wider

Well, probably not everyone will be needing exchanges.. Some employees, getting DSLA for their work can consider it like an investment.. I believe as technology spreads, the value of the token goes up
