I don't understand your motivations, either you are day-trading in which case you don't care about long term trends, or you are in it for the long term in which case short term dips mean nothing. It seems to me that you've just taken a fat hit because you couldn't make your mind up. I will shed digital tears for you when it goes past $600 later today.
Don't shed digital crocodile tears for me. I am 5K ($8K) up in a month whereas the majority of people who have invested in Bitcoin have lost (don't argue, this is an axiom of boom n bust cycles). I am just a little bit pissed that I mistimed my buy-in and sold prematurely on the bounce....boo hoo hoo poor little me.
It may well go above $600 today. Oh well, a $1200 dollar loss could have been a $500 gain. Win some ye lose some. but at $600 dollars, the 240 minute chart still looks like this:

BTC China not allowing deposits and Mt Gox not allowing withdraws (for the most part). Would it be possible for the Chinese to send money to Gox or somewhere like btc-e to buy BTC and transfer their BTC to BTC China if they need fiat?
tried to cancel a buy order at 825 b/c i think it will go lower and every time i refresh my screen it appears as if i didn't cancel it. it hasn't hit 825 yet but goes to 829 and back to 877. And then periodically shows 502 bad gateway, could this be a hack attempt? ....either way this is Lame.
Money flow and stochastic RSI are quite low, but nothing is happening yet. Will this be a minor drop or a large one?
if you use the stochastic RSI to gauge your trades, does anyone know if you buy after the line moves above 20 and sell after it drops below 80? if thats the case its a buy right now.
I think the BTC rise is over, it can't sustain a high like $266 again. I got in around 90 but now im just looking when to get out, maybe wait till it rises past $100 again. There's always a bull market somewhere, but not here.
