Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins
by
Sleekfury
on 04/12/2017, 00:07:12 UTC
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?

I think thats the best way to dream about it. Its not decent money now, its actual way if getting rich in reality. Look at the prices since you posted this thread. It has surpassed all the expectation now and it is leading towards that very goal of which people used to always think of, the bitcoin worth 50K. Yes, its not bluff anymore but its ray of hope and achievement after few years from now.

If thats the case then we should always focus on the bitcoin investment step by step today and tomorrow and until we think that its enough money for us. In anyway bitcoin is not going down now so we can see our investment in safe hands now. :-)

Everybody dreams to be rich but we need to work on it to achieve our dreams, same here in Bitcoin we need more patience and work on it, maybe someday we are one of the rich people in the world.
I agree with you we are the new millionaires of the future just because we got a chance because of bitcoin i believe we should all be thankful to bitcoin and hope we can make the most out of it.

by

on 03/12/2017, 23:53:09 UTC
I do not think it is possible because ethereum does grow but not as fast as bitcoin it can hardly reach 700 in January 2018 so i do not think it will go to 1k in 2 months when it only grew to 500 in 11 months.

Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not..

Bitcoin is relatively new to most internet users and non users. Due to the lack of proper outdooring of the crypto currency bitcoin is still lacking proper advertorial

We cannot genuinely all know bitcoin at once and so i think we need to give it time  for all levels and classes of society to embrace it as it should. Currently there is an increase in global adoption of bitcoin and i think this awareness is going to spread in the coming years and we should be patient.

Theres a lot of people know bitcoin not a legit but a big scam this is a problem for every one that has a lack of knowledge in cryptocurency In the recent year bitcoin increase its popularity this is a good news and Hopefully more people will encourage to believe in bitcoin.

me when i try to interview some people on the field that i go for 10% only out of 100% of people that are having knowledge and trust bitcoin and yet some of them say that this was just a scammed and how does it really works to make profit and money so lack of knowledge and listening and reading for some fraud news are the main reason why people dont trust bitcoin even if they know it already.
Right now even bitcoin is become popular, there is someone sre still dont know about it. Maybe because they dont have interest or dont understand what bitcoin is. Also why some people dont know about bitcoin because they dont trust even know the good side if it.
I also know that bitcoin is becoming more popular nowadays, it's seen with the high bitcoin prices, because high bitcoin prices show a huge marketcap, and huge marketcap because the users are very big, but I think not everyone knows about bitcoin many of my friends not yet to know about bitcoin may be only 100:5 that people know bitcoin. so my conclusion is basically bitcoin is popular only among internet users only.
I agree with you but the coin got a lot of attention when it hit 8k for the first time and then people realized that something like bitcoin does exist and that we can actually make profit out of it a lot too.

I personally do not think it will have a future because it is just made because of the fact that it is a meme it just stands for a meme you cannot actually do something with it you can mine it but it is still worth nothing actually.

It is possible someday because the amount of bitcoin that has grown this year is huge and also i think it would not be a good idea to reach 1 million dollar because no one would be able to buy bitcoins then.

Re: Good time to buy ETH now?
by
Sleekfury
on 27/11/2017, 00:04:41 UTC
Yes this the right time to buy eth it's going Cross more than 600$ in 6 or 7 months, so you can buy now, and bitcoin also cross 10k USD soon so buy how much is possible with you.
What's the reason behind that speculation? as I see right now it's always stuck at $300 and just fluctuating a little up or down. Kinda strange even the downhill of Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash
seem to have no effect to the Ethereum's price, maybe it'll be like this for a long time and there's no guarantee that $600 can be reached within 6 to 7 months.
Just my speculation though, it's not a good time for buying ETH, better go off with more fluctuative coins. Only if you're a trader.
For regular prospects through trading ethereum is not the right pick. The price seems stable than most other altcoins in the market. Long back through price increase took place in a large scale crossing $500. Soon after that it dropped and has been staggering within limits without much growth as well fluctuations.
I did not know the price of Ethereum reached at $500 in this year, are you mistaken? I also checked coinmarketcap and history highest price of Ethereum. Currently, it has reached more than $450 and this is the all time highest price of Ethereum, you should check your follow price again Cheesy.
You should check it again also it is at $470 at the moment and it is going up and so is bitcoin it has already reached 9.3k that is crazy i even think it will reach more than 10k at the end of the year.

Yes bitcoin is a very good way to invest your money into because it is very popular among people and it has already reached a very high price and the fun fact is that it is still increasing so we do not know how much it can reach.

I think yes it will be because i personally think that bitcoin will reach 10k by the end of this year that means it will go into 2018 with a price of 10k for one bitcoin and at the end of 2018 it will be a lot more.

Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022?
by
Sleekfury
on 16/11/2017, 20:21:02 UTC
Bitcoins were designed to be – and, in many ways, are – the perfect digital currency: they’re frictionless, anonymous, and cryptographically astonishingly secure. For anybody who’s ever suffered the incompetence of a bank, or bristled at the fees involved in just spending money, either domestically or abroad – that is to say, for all of us – the promise of bitcoin is the holy grail of payments. Especially since, to all intents and purposes, bitcoins are invisible to law enforcement and the taxman.

Those strengths are also weaknesses. No one wants to risk losing millions of dollars worth of currency overnight, just because they were outsmarted by some computer hacker.

Chances are that governments will want to control monetary policy "manually" (politically), as opposed to let math do the decisions for them.

That would mean for governments to give up the crucially important power to willfully control wealth distribution.

I see this part by far the biggest hurdle in the future of Bitcoin.

Although the political slogan in all developed countries is "free market economy" - it is only free, as long as the political elite is free to set the rules. Including monetary policies.

The technical ingenuity of Bitcoin is that it is a platform, that allows to bypass this nation state government power and control, by connecting citizens directly, anywhere around the globe to vote about the price of a mutually accepted, therefore existing currency, that they can use among each other to trade goods and services - purely on the value that is determined across the globe, real time, by them, the participating individual citizens.

The implication of this is hard to overestimate.

Bitcoin is the first mover in the market and there is no reason to believe that Bitcoin will not be a leader over the next decade because the growth of this market has inherent positive feed-back loops.

As the market grows in size the developers who believe in the durability of Bitcoin in the long term have more funds, and time to invest in technological improvements.

I agree with you it will be the leader because it is the first but also it is the most expensive coin and another thing i do not believe that it will be known by everyone in 2022 it is too fast that in 4 years everyone will know about bitcoin that cannot happen.
That is true but we do not know the plans of bitcoins maybe bitcoin will advertise itself like hell in 2018 and everyone will know a little thing about it and then the most people will search it up and start doing things with bitcoin but we do not know what can happen in 4 years.
I agree with you but i do not think that bitcoin can actually achieve something very big in 4 years at least it will not achieve the fact that everybody will know about it because 4% knows about it at the moment how can that increase to 100% in 4 years?
That is true but i believe if it just self advertised it self it could grow very fast because a lot of people do not know about bitcoin but if they could they would invest or even try to earn it but they just do not know about it.

Re: Why people scam
by
Sleekfury
on 12/11/2017, 12:53:10 UTC
People scam because people know it is and easy and simple way of earning money and then they make up a fake coin or token like onecoin and then we all believe it is a god coin or token and when we invest in it or give our information they use those things and we lose it all.

Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion
by
Sleekfury
on 12/11/2017, 12:40:05 UTC
Wow. Last few days have been like a hurricane. It's flying everywhere.
I decided to increase my BTC stash and bought in when it was around $7000.
Sold my BCH for BTC when it was aroudn $600.
Now I am confused. I will admit that I clearly do not understand what to do.
Should I hodl the BTC I bought @7000 or should I exchange it for an alt or BCH.
I need help.

Beautiful, just amazing how people lose their mind when they become greedy . Enjoy the dumpfest you deserve it

I need help.

No one can help you except yourself ,just NEVER buy at the top.. NEVER

Everybody wants some profit. That's why you invest in the first place. Secondly, if I was just "greedy" I would have already sold my BTC for BCH and jumped on the bandwagon. Instead I sold my BCH early on because I believed in the true Bitcoin.
7000 was never the top when 2x was in place. Then it was called off and everything went bonkers. All I am looking for is to understand what's going on.

Can you name one advantage BCH offers over LTC or other ALTs? If not, then it's never a good idea to invest into something that you don't know. Emotional trading will just get you in trouble and will just make exchange money on their fees. Trade fundamentals and what you understand.
I agree with that because if you do one trade wrong you can lose a lot of money that is why you need to be sure you know what you are doing because we are actually playing with money and i do not think you want to lose it all.

Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin?
by
Sleekfury
on 07/11/2017, 19:31:24 UTC
Even the blind can see that crypto Currency is making people millionaires all  over the world just because they present the holders of such currency with the financial freedom and opportunity to accrue large amounts of wealth base on currency investment . But my question is that, is it late to buy bitcoin? Should i wait maybe bitcoin price will decline after 1st August meeting? Please i will welcome your advice so that I can make my decision on crypto currency investment.
No. it is never too late to get involved with bitcoin. Bitcoin value will continue to grow as time goes on because new people will be buying bitcoins everyday. The more people are trying to buy bitcoins the more valuable bitcoin is going to be. High bitcoin demand is what is driving the bitcoin price. As you already know new people are buying bitcoins everyday and the demand of bitcoin is higher than the supply. So, the price will continue to get higher everyday, even when there is a correction the value will recover in no time. Smiley

Well if you don't have a lot of money you are nearly late because it will go to 10k in no matter time. People who have some money can buy it when the price is falling down.

So they can buy some bitcoins with it, while the others must invest in altcoins because the price of btc is now really high.
Yes now if you want to buy bitcoins you need to invest a big amount so this is late for you, but in future, the price still increases but to get 100% profit you have to wait for a long time. You can invest in altcoins now the price of all altcoins is now come down use this opportunity.
I agree with you altcoins are going down but most of the people here do not know about them they just are concentrated on bitcoin i would say to learn more about altcoins because you can make even more with those than with bitcoin.
That is true but even if you invest in altcoin you need to buy a big amount to make a big profit because with just a couple of altcoins you can not make more profit than 1 dollar it does take a couple of thousands of altcoins.

Re: Why the world really needs virtual currencies
by
Sleekfury
on 02/10/2017, 19:35:50 UTC
Because more and more people are starting to wonder what the bank does to our money and they do not trust the banks anymore that is why they need virtual currencies like bitcoin. Because bitcoin is something they can control themselves and no bank can reach that.
