As long as you are owner of the Private Key, which is the case in Exodus, you can move to any other Wallet with all your coins incl. the Airdropped Callisto even if Exodus doesnt show the coin in it's interface.
does anybody know a exchange that supports airdrop etc 1: 1 callisto coin? and what is the estimated price

Each exchange has an account (or multiple accounts) where it stores its ETC. Technically this account will receive CLO at the time of airdrop in the same way as any other account. It depends on the exchange, whether it decides to give you CLO or dispose of them in a different way.
