btc.com and btc.ms is a huge difference. I'd expect it to sell around .2BTC  or so.

I agree that its a huge difference, even if .ms domains do very well in search engine results. I am offering it at 1.7% of the btc.com price.

Hi,

Terrific service, use it all the time. You guys definitely need a smartphone app. A 1x1 Widget on the home screen that displays the current mBTC rate is easy to develop and would be awesome.

I did not read the whole thread and I'm sure this has been requested before, so pls consider it as +1. Cheers.

Seems like there are a few things going wrong at the moment...

Placed orders for 15k ZET yesterday, while buy and sell order display was behaving very strangely (prices were crossing over, orders not being executed) and now have two issues:

- 6583.xx of them are missing from my balance although the orders were executed, 8416.xx of them are showing correctly in Trade History
- After placing the buy order and having it partially executed as described, I placed a sell order for 42xx which is not showing at all, but has been deducted from my balance (the 8416.xx mentioned above)

Opened my first support ticket, let's see what they are going to do about these issues...

This happens to me like 5times a day ...

Usually your balance will be credited in few hours ...

Opened the ticket 15h ago, so let's hope they can fix it.

Same here, 6 confirmations. No balance or pending balance showing...

Just be patient, everything will be resolved in time.

Yup, it's there now.

Please tell me when BTC will be credited immediately after 4 confirmations?
Enrollment on balance of  takes more time and confirmations.
Perhaps deposit program still does not work?
For example, I now have 6 confirmations, but the balance is not received BTC.

Same here, 6 confirmations. No balance or pending balance showing...

Hi lophie,

Are you referring to withdrawals above a certain limit? I just tested the automatic withdrawal with a smaller amount, went through instantly.

The DCX Index Project has been put on hold as of this week and until further notice, the reason being that we collected most of our trading data from btct.

As mentioned earlier, I am willing to share the source code, detailed formula and data, etc. if someone decides to continue it. Please PM me if you are interested.

Nice page Smidge.

Anyone know what caused these: http://i.imgur.com/MQYTuL4.png
Hi carpetbagger,

Sorry for the late response. I have fixed the values a while ago and they should display correctly again. There are certain occasions where some data cannot be fetched from the exchanges, which causes the odd values. I will add a sustainable bugfix soon.

Hi everyone,

Because I will be focusing all my time and energy on the Smidge.Com A fund, I would like someone to take over the DCX Index or at least the idea. I am willing to share the source code, detailed formula and data, etc. if someone agrees to give it a new home and continue it.

Please let me know if you are interested. I think the digital currency community needs a reference index and if it is well composed, with enough (historical) data and professionally managed, it can become the single most important figure besides BTC/USD.

Hi Moderators,

Could you please review "SMIDGE.COM-A" at https://btct.co/security/SMIDGE.COM-A and cast your vote on it. As discussed with Ethan, I would like to sync the IPO phase to start on Saturday, Aug 10th 7pm EST (Sunday, Aug 11th 1am CET).

I will gladly answer all upcoming questions.

Thanks a lot in advance!

One year ago, a small group of individuals with a grand vision came together and collaborated their efforts. They shared their idea with the community, allowing others to join in the project to come. Within 6 months, they started the largest collective mine and are now considered one of the most (if not the most) successful Bitcoin companies.

Happy Birthday/Anniversary, BitFountain/ASICMiner! May you have many more.

Happy BDay Smiley

Let's hope (and work for, and fight) for many more years to come!

Maybe there could be also displayed change in BTC/USD rate (just for reference). Today it fell 5%, that's one of the reasons for the market crash - people cashing out USD.
Hi Progressive,

Of course BTC/USD is the single most important figure (and reference!). Will do, thanks.

What determines the securities that make up DCX?
Hi zefyr0s,

It's primarily market cap. If it's non-mining, I would prefer it though even with smaller market cap to make the index more independent from mining ventures. The API of the exchange that it is listed on also plays a role currently. I am currently figuring out the Bitfunder (beta) API in order to add LabRatMining to the index next.
