Thanks for sharing, You can use fixed diff on all https://HashVault.pro pools now. we did turn it off for a while during an ongoing attack, but we implemented a lot of custom code since then which fixed the issues you mentioned.

But we don't require people to log in, once you have mined to the min payment threshold of 0.11XMR you will get included in the hourly payment run.

You only need to log in to change the payment threshold or arrange email notification of down workers.
