Their support is ridiculous, I simply got my transaction stuck there and they don't give a shit, I sent right at the beginning of the ICO. that's a bad start.
This is one of the most common issues with deposits to the ICO.
The Ethereum network is overloaded. Transactions will surely be either processed or returned within couple of hours.
Don't worry! The team is working hard on it at the moment
