Is the pool really down or are stats on the website just not working again?  All my miners are running fine and it I received payout for a round that it appears finished around two hours ago but everything else reads 0 on the site.

Just switched one card (300 mh/s) over to this pool, how long will it take for the site to reflect a balance?  I've also set up poclbm like so:

start /DC:\bitcoin\poclbm poclbm.exe -d1 --host="http://bitcoins.lc" --port=8080 --user="WORKERNAME" --pass="WORKERPASS" -v -f70 -w128

with workername/pass being what they actually are.  Is this correct?  My site login is nowhere in there but this seems to work, poclbm generating shares just nothing is reflected on the site yet.

Re: Reformatted, deepbit auto withdrawls into wallet i just formatted over?

So I let it run for about an hour and it has added transactions up to the 2nd of June, the balance also reflecting that amount.  I had since withdrew these coins.  When it is all caught up there should be 10 BTC in there, right now it reads that i have 21 BTC.  I assume once it catches up to the point where i withdrew this that will go away, but what would happen if i try and sent 10 BTC to mtgox before it catches up to the 10 I should actually have.

I did have wallet.dat backed up, but prior to this transaction (about two week old backup file).  Bitcoin is showing all transactions up to the time the file was backed up.  If i just keep waiting will these coins show up?  The address the coins were sent to is on my receiving addresses list.

Hash rate falls while streaming Netflix
by

Any way to fix this?  I used to have a similar problem with youtube videos then turned off hardware acceleration in flash...Netflix uses silverlight (which according to the little bit of research I've done has no hardware acceleration) and my hash rate falls from 720 mh/s to 200-400 while streaming Netflix  Embarrassed  I have a 5870 and a 5850 running independently and the hash rates of both cards fall also, not just the one connected to monitor.

I tried purchasing one of these, filing down the edge, and couldn't get system to recognize the card I had connected to it.

According to this:  http://blog.zorinaq.com/?e=42

it appears that the pins on the motherboard (for some at least, apparently including mine) must be shorted as described and pictured slightly down the page, and I'm not prepared to do this to my motherboard.

Total bounty is confirmed + unconfirmed.  Total bounty in 24h can be higher if you received a payment (i.e. the part that was paid is no longer in confirmed or unconfirmed)

Right, like I said though I have payout set to 1 BTC and received no payments during this period.

Can anyone answer this with regard to Total Bounty?  Recently switched back to BTCMine over the past 24h and have been watching the stats closely, over the past 2 hours have seen the Total Bounty decrease from 1.1 to .89 BTC.  Total Bounty now displays as less than Total Bounty for 24h.  Have payout set to 1 BTC.

Tried isolating the card, both pci slots, shot air each and every which way through the card, different power connectors even, still overheating.  Going to RMA.  Thanks for help  Smiley

fan is at 100%...other card is in exact same environment/settings and not having this problem.

also should note that the temps on the card with the issue are fluctuating a bit between 80-95C...when the card is running at 180mhash/s card is at 95c and when at 315mhash/s it is at 80c.

Sigh....65C on the good card and 91C on the one with the issue.

Just swapped their positions in the box as well and having the same problem also.  Ah well at least the card is still within rma period...now to see if newegg has any more 5850's in stock to replace it with ><

Ugh, now its going even slower, around 178-180 mhash/s average...could this be a sign of card going bad?  I don't have artifacts when playing games at all and everything else seems to run fine...

Khash/s slowing problem
by

on 01/06/2011, 01:32:35 UTC
I have two 5850s, they each mine usually at around 315 mhash/s, recently the one has been dipping down to 215 mhash/s for several minutes at a time.  I tried switching mining pools and this did not fix the issue.
