As non-technical person when I enter the crypto world I found it very hard to comprehend, it took me forever to gather enough confidence to actually start And trade, and when it finally happen I run into a few more obstacles, and This is the main tow.

One- I notice I spent so much time in refreshing charts and waiting for the right prices to come that it becomes ludicrous.
Second,  After the red days I notice I abandon my trading plan and start improvising, In those days I took the market personally and lose a lot more then I could afford
