Well if you create an advcash wallet and request a card (it will take sometime) you should be able to use it to buy stuff using your BTC, but of course it will be converted to either USD or EUR as per your request.
open advcash and take a look there maybe it will interest you.

The safest online one is blockchain.info but the easiest to use is coinbase
