No. Socium Token is an application token. It has functionality inside the platform and you can treat them as a part of the system code-base.
Also note that SociumTrade is not collecting investments and is not projecting any passive income or positive price prediction so Socium Token cannot be considered a "security".

We’ll develop the Socium Social Network – a fully fledged network of professional and amateur traders, that will aim to offer the fully functional social network. It will comprise feeds, trading performance, reputation system, content creation, commenting, liking and following options, notifications, user groups, professional profile and approving system and many more, as well as a messenger. All these tools will help traders and investors to stay connected and have the latest information. Written on JVM (Java, Groovy) and leveraging Spring Boot, SociumHEX will be phenomenally fast and secure. Using decentralized wallets and an AI-driven trade engine, SociumHEX will guarantee our users maximum security and efficiency.
