The LEAST you could do is treat us Properly and Professionally in this matter and Issue us Either a 500.00 USD Credit in BTC to the Address Provided in multiple PM's OR a 600.00 Coupon that can be applied to a single miner and a 100.00 Coupon to be applied to another miner.Then you could delete the 7-Coupons we have in our account.
After many PM's back and forth you have REFUSED to Address this issue and the replies given are AS IF you just don't understand while YOU DO UNDERSTAND VERY WELL.

From what I've been reading as of late, this sounds like they are following the same path as BFL. My coupon questions were also ignored multiple times for my S1s - and I'm a small french fry compared to the rest of you all with mega big purchases.
So sad, indeed. And to think, I had so much respect for Bitman's prompt service earlier this year. They were always slow to reply, but they would respond back...eventually. Bitman, don't be another BFL, please!
