I think KYC is an arbitrary measure that ICOs use to avoid anonymity to some extent, or at least that's what most of them claim to use to avoid scams, but they can also use it to sell your identity, at the end of the day you don't really know, so they can use that information, since many ICOs end up being false and would end up keeping your identity.

Neo along with ripple I think they are some of the currencies that will be in the best position in the next couple of years, both have very good functions but it will take a lot of time and patience to achieve the objectives, neo is a little more volatile and depends on a government to be successful.

I think ETH is one of the favorites to make ICOs because it was designed from the beginning for it, in addition to having a completion of blocks much faster than other platforms, allowing contributions to be verified almost instantly, that avoids delays in the development of the project and in general is beneficial to everyone.

I think that bitcoin and ethereum are the ones that continue to attract more hype in the market, as they are in constant evolution and development, in addition, they endured the test of time, of course, if we know more about the subject we can be very excited with ripple, eos or neo, they are also excellent coins that will bring many good things to the ecosystem.

I usually try to set aside 1 eth for each ICO, as I like to diversify my portfolio, if my investment goes well (the team is meeting the goals, the roadmap is being followed and everything is having success) I can invest more money, also try to participate in their bounties to help with marketing.

I still think ethereum is an excellent platform to put your money on, even though it went down very quickly until a few weeks ago it was very constant, so I think it will recover soon and we can enjoy what we bought in this dip, at $250 is still an excellent price for such a good investment.
