I've already had something like this with someone who sold a script in bitify and also claimed to be the developer of the script but when he started to make the installation in the end the script did not work lol .... so I'm careful with all those who claim to be the "developers" of any script and make a purchase only through escrow but I will not buy a script that has bugs and it does not work properly even for one dollar

Until this moment I have not received my refund, their service is bad and there is no doubt that next time the selection in bitify will only be if I have no other choice

Seller does not respond to my messages nor to the support team's messages. My money is stuck! Do not trust Bitify because when you need them you will not get the service you paid for

Once bitify.com indicate that within 72 hours the refund should be received automatically so it should be, it's my money and I deserve to receive it on time

In the meantime, five days have passed without an answer, and they still have not responded to my request and of course have not made the refund

I'd like to bring up a case where Bitify's (Bitify.com) team performs scams and their escrow is worthless.

I purchased a PHP script from a new vendor without feedbacks and of course I used Bitify's escrow service to protect myself from the possibility that the script is not working and the seller is trying to take my money.
After several attempts to install the script, including one attempt of the seller who claims to be the developer of the script even though he did not know the installation settings I asked to cancel the order and get the refund. I've received an automated email from the bitify team confirming the refund request including an update that if the seller does not approve the refund request or responds to the request I will automatically receive the refund within 72 hours!

The application was opened on 3/1 and since then there has been no response from the bitify team, I sent them 3-4 emails requesting an update regarding the refund request and I have not received any response yet.

I attach images that prove that Bitify.com is making SCAM on buyers! They took my money and did not answer!
