Next phase should be to put the stabilizing aspects into play and make Weaver suitable for it. So in general finishing off the 'product', so they can work to long term implementation. Anonymous markets (legal stuff hopefully), businesses or markets that long for a stable and easy to use currency etc. Last part is something we can all contribute to. You will automaticly get 'SC' -> SLK on the 17th. After that you can send SLK to the Weaver(, wallet or leave it on Bittrex). So It's not possible to send your 'SC' anywhere from Bittrex before the 17th.
