OK it doesn't crash anymore but it still shows 0 connections. Tried restarting as well, no difference.

crypto is not for lazy ones Smiley
find some nodes to add to conf file, on cryptopia for example

I love how you represent a very high percentage of the users of this forum. Riding your high horse of knowledge that can be obtained through google.

See, I can research how to solve a problem or recompile the wallet but the fact that I have to is what ticks me. You think a common/inexperienced miner will throw their money at something with 0 development or updates? You keep hoping for 'prime time' yet this seems to be going farther everyday.

My intention isn't to rant, but the fact that latest version was in 2014 only validates what I mentioned above. Needless to say, I have moved on from DGC.

fyi i don't have dgc at all, and was never interested,
it was just a short post to push in right direction.
for me crypto is not money but a little technical adventure,
sorry for any misunderstanding
It's not really that simple anymore, is it. I mean, maybe in the old days when the "bank" had gold, vaults, and other stuff going for them. Hell, in my country the banks don't even accept cash anymore, you have to pay for that service. Cash!!! All you can use are ATMs and the few stores that actually still accept cash. Banks has become obsolete, I could use another service to pay my bills and just have some money on my VISA, that's all. Not to mention all the taxes and silly things they have these days.

Just open the .conf file in notepad or somthing and after the settings add.

addnode=ip.address.number.number
addnode=ip.address.number.number

And so on.

Hi, my wallet doesn't work (from the last time i opened it, a year ago) can someone tell me or link me what to do to have it work? I have reinstalled the downloaded wallet from the website but it closed with errors

thanks to anyone that will help me

You could simply read the last few pages, maybe starting right about here.

Thanks, it now doesn't crash, but i can't figure out how to add nodes, could you help me?
Do you mean addnodes in the .conf file or at the console with the "addnode " command?

New wallet compiled and running well on Debian 8.7. Have it synced from 1 to 2556318. Haven't tried sending and receiving yet, but it seems to run smoothly.

This coin is not syncing anymore is it?  Tongue

I can seed, but where can it sell?
Only on Cryptopia, but since it doesn't sync, they might delist it.

Each second time or so, when I open the wallet it's syncing or synced, so it's still rolling for me. But not more than 1 block per hour.

Another node to take notice of: addnode=51.254.196.222:50272

Up to block 2000452 now, around 12 pm, Saturday Maj 6. (probably CET/GMT), 10 am UTC.

Approx. 50 blocks in 10 days, since April 20th. Transfers is going to be somewhat slow.  Tongue

15 nodes as of right now:

addnode=128.199.191.230:17177
addnode=188.226.240.91:17177
addnode=203.20.114.252:17177

addnode=128.199.191.230:17177",

addnode=98.115.147.74:17177",

addnode=188.226.240.91:17177",

addnode=50.64.76.151:17177",

addnode=74.118.195.134:17177",

addnode=203.20.114.252:17177",

Hmm right now it's syncing... Let me know if you want some GRW. I have millions Tongue Probably a % of all the GRW out there. If not the most together with my buddy that has even more.

I'm up to "Block: 2000401" date: "Last Block time to 20. apr 05:09:13 2017". Which is today, so how do we get it rolling?
